We recently stayed at this home and overall had a positive experience. The property is spacious, well-maintained, and ideal for larger groups or anyone who simply wants room to spread out. The layout offers plenty of privacy and comfort, and the home was clean and thoughtfully furnished. It definitely lives up to the “executive” label in terms of size and amenities.That said, there were a few aspects that felt more like shared experience than what we typically expect from Vrbo. The host was present at the property on four out of the five days of our stay—whether for yard work, meeting repair personnel, or picking up/dropping off items. While he tried to be courteous and unobtrusive, it did impact the sense of privacy. Additionally, the backyard does have neighboring homes close by, so it’s not as secluded as the listing might suggest.If you're looking for a large, comfortable home and don’t mind occasional activity around the property, this could be a great fit. Just be aware that it may not offer the fully private retreat some might expect.
