Maravillosa propiedad - Excelente ubicación

Bienvenido a Club 139, una casa de mediados de siglo bellamente remodelada de 1958 ubicada en el vecindario de Shadow Falls en St. Paul, posiblemente uno de los lugares más deseables en las Ciudades Gemelas. Aquí está a una cuadra de Town and Country Club y la histórica Summit Avenue, y muy cerca de varios colegios y universidades (University of St. Thomas, Macalester College, Universidad de St. Catherine, Universidad de Hamline, Mitchell-Hamline School of Law. A solo unos pasos del río Mississippi, a 10 minutos del centro de Minneapolis y a 15 minutos del aeropuerto internacional MSP.

El Club 139 alojará cómodamente hasta seis adultos (sin niños, por favor). Hay tres habitaciones grandes (una con dos camas individuales), dos baños completos y medio baño. La cocina gourmet es de calidad Martha Stewart: estufa Wolf de cinco quemadores, hornos dobles Meile, refrigerador Sub-Zero, enfriador de vino, isla de preparación, isla de entretenimiento, gran área de comedor y todos los electrodomésticos y utensilios de cocina necesarios.
El plano de planta abierto es perfecto para que los amigos se reúnan y socialicen: siéntese en la isla / bar, relájese en el sofá o tome algunos bocadillos y palomitas de maíz y muévase a los cómodos muebles del nivel inferior para disfrutar de una película en el 65 " Televisión inteligente.

Mientras que el área de la cocina en el Club 139 es similar a Martha Stewart, la vida al aire libre es más Dean Martin. La cubierta elevada de 12x30 pies tiene una mesa y sillas a la sombra y una parrilla de gas comercial Char-Broil, perfecta para disfrutar de la cocina al aire libre y el entretenimiento. El patio inferior a nivel del jardín cuenta con lujosos muebles de exterior y una fascinante mesa de llamas. El patio trasero en un hermoso paisaje y muy privado.

Club 139 es una nueva propiedad VRBO. Estamos comprometidos a brindarle una estadía divertida, segura y cómoda. Disfrutará de alfombras nuevas, muebles nuevos, toallas y ropa de cama nuevas y artículos de tocador de cortesía. La propiedad cuenta con entrada sin llave, wi-fi de alta velocidad y tiene suficiente estacionamiento fuera de la calle para acomodar 3 autos.

Perfect for girls weekend

Prime location for college graduations

The house was perfect for our needs and our only issue is wet and cold weather kept us from enjoying the outside space. But the weather didn't stop the turkey who kept visiting the backyard. My wife, son and nephew came to town for our daughter's graduation from the U. Even if I-94 in Minneapolis wasn't under major construction, the house's location was perfect and a scenic, 10-15 minute drive along the river to campus. And an even shorter drive to the colleges in St. Paul. Not sure when the house was renovated but it clearly was done to make entertaining easy for hosts and comfortable for guests. We had a small celebration with in town family that made a family celebration an experience we will always remember.

Enjoyed our time at 139 Otis

This was a good base of operations for our daughter's graduation. Lots of room and good outdoor space. The property was well supplied and clean overall -- on arrival, some dishes were left next to the sink that weren't clean. Check in was easy and the host was available to answer our questions. Before checking out we had to wait for the dishwasher cycle to get done so that we could empty it before check out. That took a long time. Great neighborhood and location!

Property perfect and host 5 stars!

An unfortunate change in plans days before our short stay in Minnesota for a memorial service left us scrambling for a property that could accommodate our family and plans.... but the good fortune of finding Michael's home turned out to be a blessing in disguise. The home was perfect, location convenient in a quiet neighborhood, well stocked kitchen. But the highlight of our stay was Michael. We arrived on Thanksgiving on a red eye and he graciously accommodated our early check in request. And without our asking, offered to stock our refrigerator with any essentials we needed, knowing that finding an open grocery store would be difficult on the holiday. Without exaggeration, this was the best customer service I've received on any vacation. If our travels bring us back to Minnesota, we will not hesitate to book this property again.

Perfect Week's Stay for Family of 6

The house on Otis Ave in St. Paul was in a beautiful neighborhood with 3 bedrooms. There was plenty of room for all 6 of us. We even had 11 for dinner. We were there for a Macalester graduation. The kitchen family room plus a living room allowed us to spread out. You are just a block from the river which everyone enjoyed walking to. Thanks to Michael for providing us such a perfect house in a glorious setting.

We loved the house, yard and location. The house had everything we needed. Just when you think it’s not there, just open another cupboard. Lol. The beds were so comfortable and the living space was large and very roomy. Was in town for my son’s graduation at University of St Thomas and it was perfect! Would stay here over and over. Communication with the host was very timely.

Exceptional property

This home is spacious, beautifully furnished with exceptional outdoor space. We had everything we could possibly need in terms of kitchen and other supplies. Parking available for three spaces off street and ample on street parking. It is located in a quiet neighborhood filled with beautifully maintained large mid-century homes. Grocery and other big name stores are an easy 5 minute drive. Biking and walking is safe and scenic in this area of St Paul. Michael was prompt and helpful in all communication. Overall, my experience was exceptional.

Had everything we needed!

Two friends and I came for a girls shopping weekend. We enjoyed all the room and comfy beds. The location was perfect. We grilled the first night and enjoyed the deck, the beautiful yard, and tomatoes picked from the garden. We were welcome to use spices or anything else we needed in the fridge or cupboards. The flowers and wine were a nice touch. We didn’t see the 2 bikes listed and were going to call but then it rained and there was no need. All in all, we had a nice experience.

Clean and Inviting Home Perfect for Twin Cities Access

This home was very clean and inviting. It is located in a well-established, well-cared for neighborhood in the St. Paul area. Beautiful neighborhood to walk in and a block from the river for more walking, running and biking trails. The kitchen was well appointed if you wanted to prepare meals. Large dining table for family meals or puzzles and games in the evening. My husband enjoyed sunning on the deck. Two gathering areas make it nice for people who want to watch TV and those who just want to visit. We were visiting our son who is a musician and attending his gigs in the evening and an afternoon patio event. This location was a great "home base" for accessing the Twin Cities. Our hosts were gracious. Michelle returned messages promptly when we arrived. She came by to water outside plants but was very sensitive to our schedule so as not to disrupt us in any way. Thank you Michael and Michelle. We will definitely stay here again! John and Jill LaRock

June Family Gathering

We were in the Twin Cities for a celebration of life for my mother. The house was perfect for our group with plenty of space for sharing a meal, playing cards, visiting with local family, relaxing on the beautiful deck, watching the humming birds, and going for walks around the beautiful neighborhood. The bedrooms were private, very comfortable, and everything was exceptionally clean. Our host was out of the country during our stay but we spoke on the phone before he left and during the stay his assistant stopped by a couple of times to make sure things were ok. The kitchen was very well supplied and enjoyable to work in. It was too warm during our stay to use the flame table but we sat on the comfortable furniture in the area and enjoyed the beautiful back yard and the birds. The outdoor spaces were perfect for enjoying early morning coffee and for watching the sunsets in the evening. It's close to the airport but quiet, and convenient to both Minneapolis and St. Paul. Altogether a wonderful place for a family gathering!
