"Friendly attentive staff. Contacted me to make sure the room was acceptable. Walk out the backdoor of the room and you are on the beach. Easy to get to everything."

"We loved our stay.. Room size was great & we appreciated having a shower without the tub. Parking was very convenient. Our only issue was lack of housekeeping.. Once from May 10-15.. It wasn’t absolutely necessary as there were plenty of towels, but it would have been nice to get creamers for the coffee without grabbing them from the lobby. Would definitely stay again."

Breakfast, one of 4-5 options of various packaged foods, which was OK if unremarkable, was delivered to your room door in the AM, which was nice. Overall: great value on a nice stay!"

"Only spent one night there as we were in town for a medical appointment. Check in by owner was very cordial and courteous, grounds and room were very organized and clean. Don't expect a lot of amenities, but all rooms have sunrise views, direct Lake Michigan access with beach chairs and a boat rental right next door. Almost forgot about the rooms shower, you'll love it!"

"The room was extremely unsanitary. The bedding had a stain that looked like blood or some other dirty residue, which made me very uncomfortable and unable to sleep throughout the night. The bathroom was also in terrible condition. The bathtub was old, worn out, and covered with yellow stains. In addition, the front desk staff was very rude and impatient when answering my questions. I specifically asked whether Tesla charging was free, and the staff casually told me “yes,” but when I tried to...
