"Due to a flight delay, we arrived at the hotel later than planned, but the staff were very flexible and accommodating, which we truly appreciated. At the restaurant, we enjoyed beautifully presented dishes and excellent drinks. The staff were incredibly friendly, and we were pleasantly surprised to find Japanese sake served in Switzerland. It’s a shame that we were dealing with jet lag during our stay — we would love to come back again and spend more time here."

"Stayed here for two nights and really enjoyed it. We had an apartment just off the main building with a private bedroom, a large bed, and a single bed in the living area. The kitchenette was well-equipped for simple meals. Breakfast was excellent — fresh breads and great coffee — and there’s always hot coffee available downstairs. "The staff was very friendly during check in and took the time and care to explain everything to us. They even upgraded us which was icing on the cake. The staff greeted us whenever we leave or come back to the hotel. Breakfast was really good, it had all the basic cold and hot selections. Hotel is like 5-10min walk to the interlaken OST train station. Would definintely stay at Carlton Europe Vintage Adults hotel again when i visit interlaken again."
