"When we arrived I was given a room that was not as expected BUT the staff made it right and gave me another room with no hesitation which I greatly appreciated.. The "main" breakfast such as biscuits, gravy, waffles, etc was gone at 9:10AM (was supposed to be available until 9:30AM) but we made do and ate cereal, yogurt, and oatmeal. Overall we had a very nice experience and would stay there again."

My only problem was the housekeeping staff woke me up at 7 or 8am on checkout day, They came in twice, then called twice and then came in one more time. That part was weird and aggravating, but the rest of the visit was amazing. Hopefully they figure out the housekeeping issue. I recommend this hotel. "

"The bed was awful. There was a gigantic hole/dip in the queen bed that made it simply unmanageable to sleep in. The rooms were full, so we couldn't move. The strip lighting above the headboards would not stop flickering like a strobe light and the light switch would not turn it off. We had to roll up towels and place them along the headboard in order to sleep. The manager remedied these problems with offering rewards but I couldn't get my money back, which is all I really wanted. He said this is...

"What breakfast??? They had a bar in the lobby where you could purchase breakfast items. You even had to pay almost $4 for a medium cup of coffee. Never been to a hotel that charged for coffee but I suppose that's the new norm."
