  • Spend your days swimming, boating, and soaking up the summer sun at this waterfront home on the southwestern shores of Lake Anna. Spacious and full of sunlight, this house has a private dock with a swimming platform, an open deck, a fire pit and a screened porch at the water's edge.

    Begin each morning with coffee on the back deck that runs the length of the house, where you can catch the sun coming up over Lake Anna. Head across the lawn to launch the two provided kayaks from the dock, returning home in time for a homemade breakfast prepared in the well-appointed kitchen.

    This home is full of options for family entertainment, whether you're hosting a lunchtime barbecue on the gas grill, watching TV and playing board games in the great room, or retreating downstairs to the open game room with billiards, foosball, Ping-Pong, and another TV. The HOA also hosts a private marina and tennis courts if you're looking for a bit more activity.

    At night, you'll find that all bedrooms have TVs and attached bathrooms. Additional features include central air-conditioning throughout the house and a private washer/dryer for all your laundry needs.

    Guests have access to the neighborhood's boat launch.
    The fireplace is not operational.

We had a great time at this property. Plenty of space for the family and the waterfront area was amazing. Nice shallow beach area for the kids to play and it was nice and deep off the dock. The house was clean and had all the supplies we needed for big family dinners.

Incredible Labor Day Weekend Getaway!

The house is exactly as pictured. The home was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The beds are very comfortable, lots of closet space, and the kitchen was equipped with everything you might need. The deck is huge and the view is stunning. We didn't get to enjoy the little house down by the dock but it's a great extra touch.We couldn't get into the house with the code but we were able to get help right away. I will definitely return.

We loved our stay here!

This property was perfect. We loved the house and the dock area. They’ve thought of everything. Plenty of things in the kitchen to be able to cook meals, indoor activities and things to use in the water. We loved this place!

Girls Annual Holiday “Wine” Down

House was wonderful just the right amount of space having a separate bathroom for each bedroom was a definite bonus when traveling with 9 women 🙂. We also enjoyed the pool and ping pong table.

Restful retreat

The location of the house can not be beat. During the week, you feel like you have the lake to yourself. The screened in portion of the dock provides a respite from the heat. The beds and couches are very comfortable and the entire house is spacious.

Family Vacation

Our family had a wonderful stay at this beautiful lakefront home. Everything you could possibly need was already provided. We enjoyed the beautiful views, the water and the games (pool table, ping pong table). We stayed up late and got up early to get every minute of time together. Would definitely recommend and we would rent again.

Great location for a relaxing week.

Love the roominess of the house and the view was beautiful. House was clean, had little extras like board games and cards. Furniture and beds were very comfortable. We had a wonderful time and would come back again. Thank you for a wonderful experience, the whole family loved it!

Great place for a family visit

This is a lovely, spacious house with lots of room to spread out and enjoy a peaceful time. We loved the views from every room, and the screened-in room on the dock was really nice. We also loved having kayaks. Thanks for helping make our visit a special time.

Good family fun

Enjoyed the kayaks! Had some issue gaining access into the home, and didn’t get in contact with property managers to turn on fireplace. We liked the number of bathrooms to bedrooms. Location and amenities were great. Game room was fun for all ages

Lake Time To Unwind Was A Good Experience

We had 9 people in the house and it was enough room and didn't feel crowded when we were all in the same area. Nice relaxing view from the deck. No children were with us so, don't know what it would be like for kids. Would definitely rent this home again. The check-in went smoothly

We stayed here for a relaxing bachelor party with a few friends. The house was just perfect for our needs with a grill, pool and ping-pong table and a great screened in porch on the lake. Everything was clean and very well organized. The bedrooms were huge and as one friend said, their bedroom was larger than some of the apartments they had lived in over the years. The only issue we had was the door code didn’t work, but I was able to call the property management company and they were able to get me into the house within about 5 minutes of calling so it wasn’t a major issue.

Just ok

The property was nice and the view of the sunrise was outstanding. It wasn’t very clean and there is a reason why you’ll find a half dozen fly swatters in the kitchen drawers. It’s on the warm side of the lake so no easy access to the marinas, restaurants or any of the public beaches etc.

Perfect home on the lake

Had a long weekend with friends in this perfect home. Plenty of room and all the amenities you might want. The dock and screened porch were perfect for the sunny days lounging in the lake. In the evenings (and one rainy afternoon) we relaxed in the downstairs game room, playing pool and table tennis. The upper deck is great for that morning cup of coffee with the sunrise!
