The fully equipped kitchen is a chef’s dream, with an Instant Pot, crockpot, large stockpot, and plug-in griddle. Step outside to a huge deck perfect for summer nights, a screened porch at the house, and another at the boathouse—both offering serene lake views. End your day by the newly installed large smokeless firepit, ideal for cooler evenings.

Heron’s Landing accommodates up to 8 guests, providing plenty of room to spread out and relax. - Free Parking for up to 5 Vehicles. (No Parking or Driving on Grass)

**Guest Requirements:**
In compliance with local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and those under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the reservation.
Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. You will also be given the choice between a $500 security deposit or a $35 non-refundable damage waiver.
