The fully equipped kitchen is a chef’s dream, with an Instant Pot, crockpot, large stockpot, and plug-in griddle. Enjoy meals together at the large dining table or unwind in the great room with vaulted ceilings and cozy seating.

Step outside to a huge deck perfect for summer nights, a screened porch at the house, and another at the boathouse—both offering serene lake views. End your day by the newly installed large smokeless firepit, ideal for cooler evenings.

The lower-level family room is perfect for fun and entertainment, featuring a pool table, foosball, games, and toys for all ages. With fiber internet and streaming-only TV, staying connected has never been easier.

Heron’s Landing accommodates up to 8 guests, providing plenty of room to spread out and relax. - No Events Allowed.
- No Pets Allowed without specific prior approval.

**Guest Requirements:**
In compliance with local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and those under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the reservation.
Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. You will also be given the choice between a $500 security deposit or a $35 non-refundable damage waiver.
