MKE Mansion - Both Wings

Ideal for large groups our two winged offering seperate access this beautiful Tudor revival mansion is ideal for large groups and families. Our warm, and stylish mansion is is set one block away from Lake Michigan. Located 2 blocks from "The Hop" station (Free downtown tram.)

Easy and walkable access to all major attractions:
10 minutes walk to all the Milwaukee main attractions such as Bradford Beach, Art Museum, Summerfest, Brady St, Water St, 3rd Ward, Milwaukee Yacht Club, Pfizer Forum.

Our full mansion offers seperate wings that each have their own private acccess. Sharing one private driveway that can accomodate 8-10 cars. This results in 2 kitchens, 3 living rooms, 4.5 bathrooms and 7 bedrooms. Sleeping arranagments are made easy as all our rooms contain well hidden sleeping features such as sofa beds, day beds, tunavistas, along with the kings, queen, and twin beds you will see in the images.

Guests can access the entire mansion (except the basement storage room.)

Set amongst some of Milwaukee's finest historical mansions on the Lower East Side. The surrounding neighborhood is ideally located near most of Milwaukee's biggest attractions. To name just a few:

Brady Street - 0.4 Miles
Summerfest Grounds - 1.2 Miles
McKinley Beach - 0.4 Miles
Milwaukee Yacht Club - 0.7 Miles
Milwaukee Art Museum - 0.9 Miles
Discovery World - 1.1 Miles


With a 4 minute walk to Milwaukee's vibrant Brady Street can be sure to find any food and entertainment you desire.

Each booking comes with 2 parking spots on the private car lot at the rear of the house, these spaces are shared with one other unit. Extra parking may be available depending on second unit calendar. (Contact us for details.)

On street parking can be found usually within a block or two on the one way road. For overnight parking permission guest can call in their cars or visit the Milwaukee overnight parking to register their vehicles.

The location has a 98% score for transport and walking as the free downtown rail is a block away, you are also on a main road with a bus stop on the near corner, and as you are in the heart of Milwaukee there is usually plenty of ride share options available.

All guests receive 15% off all items at Red Lion Pub and Three Lions Pub.

Awesome location, so convenient to get to all of the places I had planned for my wedding weekend- art museum, Great Lakes distillery, urban ecology center, etc. Parking in the back is lovely since street parking can be tricky around there. We used the upstairs kitchen for a getting ready space and used the other wing staircase as a “bridesmaids first look” space. Having this as a part of our weekend was a game changer, it was great having the wedding party all in one place!

This was the perfect spot for my bachelorette party weekend. Plenty of space. Nice and clean. David was super communicative leading up to our stay and while we were there. Also a great location- walking distance to lakefront trail, Brady street and more.

Super charming house

We rented both sides of the house for a 16 guy golf trip and had a great experience. The house itself was super charming and unique and there was ample sleeping space for all of us. Within easy walking distance of all of the restaraunts and bars on Brady Street too which was great and saved a lot of headache on coordinating Uber's.

Bachelorette Bonding

Bachelorette in Milwaukee: Group of 20 family and friends rented entire mansion. Plenty of room for 10+ cars; planned on being boxed in all weekend and used Uber for short rides to breweries and activities. Brady Street very near. Mansion was perfect for this group of ladies. Plenty of room to gather in the West Wing and use kitchen. I guess I wasn't aware that there wasn't an adjoining entrance from East to West Wing (like adjoining hotel room doors) but it really worked out just fine, a few steps back and forth outside to each side. Aside from sleeping the group was together most of the time. The number of beds was as described; one had linens that seemed unclean, so we didn't use that one. Heard most beds were comfortable enough. Plenty of linens, bathroom towels and kitchen items to use. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating. House rules seemed like a long list but in reality were quite easy to follow and check out/clean up went fine with everyone helping. Would recommend hosts, house and location for a group!

Beautiful House

We had the best time here all weekend. Everything was so nice and organized. The hosts were amazing and made sure we had the best time! We rented both wings and it was perfect for our Bachelor and Bachelorette party!

Great place for large groups

The house was cleaned nicely. The check-in and checkout process was smooth! Host was responsive for any needs. It is close to Brady Street for evening cocktails and food. Definitely would stay again

Quirky nineteenth century former mansion

Reading the description as six bedroom five bath unit, I only learned that in fact it's two separate, unconnected units, so that going from one unit to the other entails haiving to go out the front door, walk around to the back and going in the back door. All but one bedroom are located on the second/third floor. Shag carpets on the stairs are funky. Cobwebs on the windows/windowsills. If none of that matters to you too much, it's a great location, witihin walking distance of major attractions from Brady Street to Downtown Milwaukee to the Lake Front. There is plenty of parking. The owners are very responsive to questions and requests.

Perfect location for large groups

This place was a great fit for our stay. It was a perfect location to walk to Brady Street. We had a large group which had plenty of room between both front and back spaces. The parking was easy to use. The host was very responsive.

Perfect MKE stay for larger groups

This place is perfect for a MKE stay! Beautiful, comfortable, and luxurious space for larger groups with all the essentials. The owners provided such great communication, were extremely responsive and gave lots of good recommendations for the area. Highly recommend this place!!
