    An unforgettable home base for getting together in Milwaukee. Spread out, cook together, settle in for a movie or challenge your friends to pool. This distinctive Victorian gives your group space to make the weekend your own, just off Brady Street.

    SPACE TO GATHER

    The first floor brings everyone together around the pool table, family room, kitchen and dining area. Upstairs, another kitchen and living space let the group spread out. The theater makes staying in feel like a plan of its own. Outside, enjoy the seating area and fenced yard.



    SLEEPING & ACCESS

    The 10 beds comprise 1 king, 5 queens, 1 full and 3 twins. Bedrooms are on the upper floors, accessed by stairs. The layout includes open and connecting sleeping areas; one connecting room has no door between the rooms. Ask us about the sleeping arrangements if your group needs particular privacy or accessibility features. Guests have access to the house and yard, excluding the garage interior and the loft reached by the third-floor staircase.

    BEFORE YOU BOOK

    Check-in: 4:00 PM. Checkout: 10:00 AM. Pets are welcome with the optional $75 pet fee per stay; select the pet add-on when booking. Taxes and cleaning charges are itemized in your quote. Review the displayed payment and cancellation terms before confirming your reservation. Early check-in is subject to availability and may carry an additional fee; ask in advance.



    Enjoy gathering with your registered group while following the house rules and respecting neighbors. No smoking indoors. Exterior security cameras are present; do not cover or disable them. There are no indoor cameras; the former indoor camera has been removed.

The house was awesome and perfect for our stay. Tons of space, cool vibes, and you could tell the property was well cared for. The neighborhood was awesome and I highly recommend this location. We will look to book again in the future.

Great location and size for a bachelor/bachelorette weekend.

The house was very large and accommodating for our group of 11. I could easily see 14-16 people staying here comfortably. Communication was great, location is perfect for restaurants and bars. Would definitely stay again.

Great Experience in Milwaukee

Having a group our size and able to utilize all the rooms in the house worked out great. Close to everything we were looking to do. Walking distance to excellent restaurants, shopping, brewery tours. Will stay again in the future. Excellent Hosts.

Golf trip

We had 8 guys ranging in age 29-74 and stayed to play at some of the best golf courses Wisconsin has to offer. This home was perfect for us, several extra beds and plenty of space for relaxing.

Large space in great location

The space was perfect for what we needed for our group. It was large and comfortable with plenty of parking. Cassie was pleasant and accommodating during communications and even left us a bottle of whiskey knowing that we may want to drink it before doing the annual polar plunge. Would 100% stay again.

Highly recommend! It was so beautiful and so much space to not only spread out but to all gather in one area. Communication about rules and just with the owners was so helpful and appreciated! Will definitely book again when we go back.

Large house and very accomadating. Everything you can imagine is available here

Place was great! House is amazing and the location is even better. There are enough bathrooms and bedrooms to comfortably sleep around 20. The only negative comment I will mention is that there are a lot of breakable items everywhere you turn.

Victorian party house

There were so many levels and rooms and places to explore! The kids played hide and seek, pool and enjoyed the massage chair along with the adults. There were things we could walk to—a vegan cafe for breakfast, the Lakefront Brewery for a Friday night fish fry and a free ride on the streetcar to the Public Market for dinner. Out stay was enjoyable and too short!

There were 15 in our group, 8 adults 7 children. There was plenty of space for all of us. The owners were very helpful and answered questions quickly. We would stay here again if we venture to Milwaukee for a second time.

Great location, very roomy, easy to work with owners.

This home is truly unique and the location is fantastic as it is very close to the lake, the river walk, and downtown Milwaukee. The main floor itself is very large and accommodating to a good social environment. Also a lot of beds and bathrooms to support a large group. There is a nice patio outside and parking for 4-5 vehicles (which is a plus over street parking). The owners were very responsive to questions about the home and the area.
