    It is an all brick ranch on 1/2 acre lot with a brick two car garage.
    We can accommodate up to 10 guests. We have three full bedrooms and two convertible areas for sleeping arrangements.

Family vacation

Our stay was amazing. The owner's were on top of everything from check in to snacks ready for the kids when we walked in the door to wine for the adults. Any thing you forgot to bring they had in the house. Thank you so much for everything.

Lake Pleasant

We enjoyed the house. It was a good location for both Milwaukee and Chicago travel. We enjoyed the beach, a little chilly for swimming but nice for walking and just chilling. Living / dining area nice and open. Dishwasher a little temperamental but it was an older model. On a busy street but traffic was not too bad for noise.

Beautiful "Beachy" Vibe on the Water.

I book a lot of rentals for our band that tours all over the country and this was one of the best experiences we've had. House was awesome with a cool vibe and located directly across from the lake. Weekend stay

Very gracious host, responded quickly to replace a pack-n-play. House was on a busier road than we realized and road noise made sleeping more difficult. House generally clean, blinds were dirty. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were clean and showers worked well.

Beautiful community with friendly people...best spot to be in July!

Great time and nice property...one issue I wanted to report for the maintenance team. The kitchen sink is leaking on the left side around the PVC joint...I used a metal bowel to catch water...it was leaking bad enough to make the floor. wet. That's all...great rental! :-)

Meet in the Middle Weekend

My husband & I made spontaneous plans to meet our daughter & son-in-law and booked this property with just 36 hours notice for New Year’s weekend. It was a perfect place to land for a comfortable, laid back weekend of cooking and card playing. We livened things up by setting off the fire alarms when frying bacon and learned quickly how super-responsive and caring Chris, the owner is! Thankfully, he also has a great sense of humor. The foosball table and SMART TV were great additions for a fun indoor winter weekend. Beds and pillows measured up to the property description making for a great sleeping experience. In the future, we’ll look for more properties owned by Chris!

This home had everything you could possible want or need for a stay in this area: clean, plenty of beds, convenient location, etc. And the owner, Christopher, is extremely professional, and somehow also makes you feel like you've known him forever just through his thorough and pleasant communication. Recplex Swim Meet Mini Vacation

Stayed for four days for a swim meet at the Recplex in Pleasant Prairie. Nice amount of space and we enjoyed visiting the lakefront, zoo and lighthouse during our stay. Property manager was great and very responsive.

Cozy and clean

House was nicely decorated, cozy and clean. Beds and bedding were amazingly comfortable. Gym equipment was nice and we used it each morning. Loved the personal touches Christopher offers. We were welcomed with a sign, a bottle of wine (Ecco Domani Pino Grigio-my favorite!), snacks and a delicious Kringle. Christopher was attentive and always easy to get in touch with. I will def stay with Christopher at his properties again!

Convenience in Racine

Nice, well furnished house. Close to stores and amenities and only 10 minutes or so to the lake front. Owner stayed on top of things through out a bad storm and power outage.

Kenosha Trip

Great home for family of 4. Very clean and well appointed. We were travelling for baseball tournament, so was nice place to come home to. The wine, snacks and local Kringle added a nice touch. Boys especially loved having Quik Trip just a couple of blocks away. The front bedroom gets noisy with traffic from ambulances, fire engines and motorcycles. Ear plugs are highly recommended. Overall, great place and nice places nearby to visit- lakefront, Wind Point lighthouse, farmers markets, etc.

Great house

We had an amazing time. House is in the perfect location, close to stores, as well as the beach. Loved the backyard, perfect for grilling and hanging out. House was the perfect size, and rooms were very comfortable. A little noisy at night, due to busy road. But otherwise would definitely recommend this house to anyone. Loved the extra touches from Chris, the snacks, wine and Kringle.

Great getaway location.

We had a great experience. The teenagers were happy with the tech and the TV situation.(the only complaint was the missing tv in bedroom 3) We enjoyed the yard in back, being able to bring our food back to the house, and the wonderful beds. The location was on a busy road, but very close to everything. We had one day in Milwaukee and a day the North Beach and the Lighthouse and we visited the zoo. It was a great mini getaway for my family of 6. The owners were very responsive and the house was clean. I would recommend this place.

quiet getaway

Husband and I was looking for a place near the water away from crowds. Started looking around Lake Michigan but the places were either in a hotel or too expensive. Found this little gem and was very happy. Place is spacious and reasonably priced. Close to the store and restaurants. Less than 10 minute drive to the Racine North Beach and zoo. Big backyard for barbecue and also has a fire pit . Beds were comfortable. Place looks very well maintained and looks exactly like the pictures.The house is located on a busy street so some noise at night. Racine itself is a nice quiet town perfect for a nice quiet vacation. FYI museums are closed because of COVID but plenty of outdoor activity. Beach wasn't too crowded which is our biggest worry. Good times on Spring Break

Very clean and tidy home. Lots of room and close to everything. We also enjoyed the recreation provided. My son says foosball is now his favorite game! Thanks Chris. The Davidsons

Look no further

A great place to stay with great property management. You even get wine and and O&H Kringle! I’d go back just to get the Kringle but it was a great stay and with family up that way we will definitely be back!

Perfect Getaway!!!

This property is so roomy and clean! It had everything we needed and then some! It slept 6 comfortably, having 3 queen beds was a HUGE plus!! The putting green was fun, the workout area was awesome and the foosball table was genius. The wine and kringle were a favorite. The property manager (Christopher) was the absolute BEST!! This will be our go-to home away from home next time and for many more visits! Our family thanks you!!!

Loved the Location

Due to a mix up in clients, Chris gave us another property in Racine that we really enjoyed and everything was worked out before our check in time. Chris was a great host making us feel welcome with a complimentary bottle of wine, snacks, and our favorite an O&H Kringle! One of the things that would help make the property more comfortable is having a fan in all of the bedrooms. Thanks for taking care of us Chris! we will definitely be back!

Very well maintained house

My family, including three teens, had a great time in this home, which included plenty of space and also many things to pass the time indoors, when the weather didn’t cooperate. Racine was certainly fun with the art museum, cute zoo and the beach, but we also loved the putting green outside and foosball. The place was very clean and had all we needed.
