Hotel La Tour
"Spacious clean room with a good view to countryside. Similarly the 14th floor bar/restaurant had great views all round and a good selection of drinks. Breakfast buffet excellent albeit busy as I think they were fairly full occupancy . Staff friendly and helpful. Would recommend."

Horwood House Hotel
"Very corporate. Premier Inn and Travelodge do it better. We did complain about the quilt and it was replaced. Expect better quality bedding - lumpy pillows and duvets should not be allowed. Poor taste in bedroom art - who wants to wake up to bugs?"

Kents Hill Park Training and Conference Centre
"Nightingale house - the lift was out of order causing inconvenience to wheelchair users and those with mobility issues. Did not clear away empty cups and glasses in main conference rooms ready for the evening events. There were no seats or tables in the hydration station, which would have been ideal ..."
