"Habitaciones perfectamente limpias. No hay limpieza a diario (ni falta que hace), pero sí te ofrecen toallas nuevas y cualquier cosa que necesites. Obviamente, las instalaciones no son modernas. Es un hotel antiguo, histórico, y ahí radica buena parte de su encanto. Tuvimos un problema con la accesibilidad y lo resolvieron con gran amabilidad y eficacia. El pub del hotel es encantador, y el patio, delicioso para comer o tomar algo cuando hace buen tiempo."

"Muy bonitas instalaciones, cuarto funcional limpio y acondicionado para tener una estancia tranquila y cómoda. Cuenta con restaurante y estacionamiento lo cual es una gran ventaja. "

"Air conditioning was very welcome in heat wave conditions. The staff were very helpful. Room was well appointed."

"The room was a little tired and dirty. The bathroom has not been cleaned well. There were hairs in the tub and marks/dirt on the toilet seat and around the sink area. The front desk staff were pleasant enough, though at check in I was told I owed £40 but I’d already paid the full amount. The redeeming part was the breakfast- good food and friendly staff. "

"Comfortable room and a nice location. Pity they don't have their own parking, as the Willen Lakes parking charges for overnight stays are extortionate."

"The hotel grounds were unkept & certain areas of the hotel were a little past their sell by date! However the Receptionist when checked in was very helpful & polite despite the fact that most of her technical appliances were down. The Barman at the restaurant side of the hotel was also very good."
