This home sleeps sits on 2.5 acres of land, with 250ft of sandy lake front. Enjoy canoeing or paddle boarding (provided with rental) or bring your own boat, kayak or jet skis. Property allows for boat launching. In winter, enjoy ice fishing, skating, & sledding. Also located close to ski mountains Gunstock(40 min) & Abenaki(30 min)

Beautiful

We enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable. The big TV and game room were wonderful at night after a day on the lake or a day touring and going to the beach. The fire pit was a plus for s'mores and family gathering. The washer and dryer were convenient. The home was close to my son and we will probably rent again when we visit the northeast.

Just got back from a 6 night stay and would definitely go back. The house was beautiful inside, nice open concept and fully stocked kitchen. My grandchildren spent every spare minute at the beach fishing, kayaking and swimming. Beautiful fire pit with plenty of wood. Perfect vacation, perfect place!

Lake Trip

From the time we walked in the door and the kids saw the lake they couldn’t wait to go play in the water. Enjoyed all the water toys and beach towels that were provided. House was very spacious for the 6 of us. Very quiet and relaxing atmosphere.

Great little vacation spot.

The lakehouse was clean, the owners appear to be updating the property. Some of the doors wouldn't completely close and the entry door could be freshed up. We really enjoyed our stay communicated well.

Good space

The house was a good size for our group, and the water was convenient. Cleaners needed to come back when we arrived to clean more, but the owner was so responsive and the cleaners that came did a great job. Also convenient to things we needed and trails. Great spot for doggies and kiddos.

Amazing Stay

I stayed here with my family and we all loved the experience. The home itself was spacious and comfortable. We loved the potent AC system, the large wrap-around deck with the grill overlooking the lot and lake, and the lakefront space itself. We were pleasantly surprised with how accurate the photos and the listing was overall. The lake was peaceful, the little beach area of the felt private, the fishing was good, the kayaking around the lake was great, and the views amazing. We also loved being so close to local businesses for food/shopping. We also appreciated this being dog-friendly and accommodating. We stayed here for almost a week but wish we stayed longer. This was a great experience and we can’t wait to stay here again.

Spacious and tranquil

Great place to relax and spend Thanksgiving. The house had lots of space and included two smart tvs. The kitchen was very well stocked with necessities and lots of pans, etc. Communication was great with the host, he was very responsive and accommodating.

Summer Getaway

We wanted a place on the water and this place did not disappoint. We had a private beach access with kayaks and a paddle board provided,we also brought a few of our own to enjoy. There is a fire pit with a great place to gather by the water to enjoy anytime but especially at night. Drew was very accommodating and responsive with any questions. The check in and out process was no problem. I would stay here again.

Fantastic find in a great area! Very dog friendly and beautiful river.

House was as described with a full kitchen, clean bathrooms and linens provided. The "highway" is basically a back country road and really isn't noticeable once inside and it feels like miles away when you are down at the sandy riverfront access. There were 2 sit on kayaks and a SUP that we were able to use. Our dogs loving diving in from the dock as well. Looking forward to when we can visit again!

Excellent Vacation

The home is beautiful, just as pictured, and the owner was helpful, reasonable, and always available to promptly answer questions. The home was amazingly well stocked, and we didn't have to buy many basics we have always had to stock up on at other rentals. The lake is very pleasant and calm with few motor boats to worry about. The site is attractive and private. The only concern is that the home is very close to a busy and noisy highway--some drivers got impatient when we slowed down to enter the driveway, and pets need to be watched carefully so they don't run into the road. All in all, it was a great vacation, and we would definitely come back.
