"The location is great—right at the top of Main Street—and the front desk was great at check-in. Our room had a nice little balcony and a peek-a-boo view down the hill. But the room amenities were funky: no hooks for towels or clothes in the bathroom, no bottled water, and a bed frame slightly bigger than the mattress. The parking pass was a real plus, given the tourist traffic on Main Street. Our stay was pleasant, but the rooms could use just a bit more TLC."

"We recently stayed to celebrate my wife's birthday. The check-in was efficient but not very friendly. The biggest issue was the bed... I do not think it had been updated since the property was built (20+ years). The mattress had no form and was lumpy and squeaked. It was so bad we decided to leave in the middle of night and drive home because neither of us could go to sleep."

"There was a broken light switch in the bathroom. My wife received an actual shock when she turned on the light. Parking was listed at $35.00 per night, but I was charged $50.00 per night! We couldn't use the stove top without the smoke alarm going off, even with the outside doors open and the stove fan-vent on high. The coffee was undrinkable."

"The amenities were few. All ice machines were out of order. The only water refill station was in the fitness center. No coffee/tea in the lobby. Staff were kind and helpful. The location was awesome. The hotel and grounds were very clean."
