Beautiful, spacious 3000+ sq ft, two-story, 4 bedroom + loft and 3 full bath home in the beautiful Bishops Landing community just minutes from Bethany Beach.
High-end kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals at home. A fireplace in two-story great room, large loft area with two sleeper sofas, 2-large screen TVs, WIFI network, and 3 outdoor patio spaces will make you feel right at home!
The expansive clubhouse boasts an on-site events coordinator, a huge Olympic-sized pool with outdoor dining/seating area, incredible gym and dance studio/yoga room, tennis courts, and executive beach shuttle direct to the Bethany Beach boardwalk!
Need a break from the beach? Golf courses, fishing beaches, shopping, restaurants, spas, grocery stores, movie theaters, and more welcome you right around the corner!
This tastefully appointed home is the perfect vacation rental that provides all of the comforts of home away from home.

Guests are required to pay the prevailing rate and complete an application online prior to the start of the reservation. This property comes with 8 wristbands and 1 fob for entering the community pool. As per HOA, no additional bands or fobs may be purchased. $25 fee for a lost wristband & a $50 fee for a lost fob will be charged to the Guest if those items are not returned on check out. The HOA is responsible for the cost and availability of any amenity in this community.

Linens will be at the property prior to check in. Linens include sheets for all beds, and bath towels.

Nice Family Location

This was our first vacation in Bethany. Being unfamiliar with the location we chose this house. The traffic to and from the beach each was terrible. Bike riding was a little scary due the traffic but we did so every day. The house is nice and decorated well. The kitchen is not equipped very well when compared to other beach houses. It could use some new serving dishes and silverware. If you plan to cook bring along anything you are certain to need as it might be available. I was so glad I took my coffee grinder. There is an extra fridge in the garage which was a huge help when you have an entire family vacationing. The neighborhood was great very quiet and very safe.

Short drive for exceptional sun filled family get away. Relax and go with the flow.

Beautiful home. Highly recommended. Close drive to multiple beaches. Only disappointment was no cable. Live streamed movies for family evening fun but was able to catch up with movies and shows that were missed. Beds very comfortable. House very spacious. I opted to have the linen service didn’t want to bring my own linen . Great service but you have to pay for it. Will stay at this home again

It was a very nice size for us, but was not that clean, tv’s did not work, screens damaged,

I would not rent this property again in this development. Pool was dirty, bathrooms outside not cleaned. House not cleaned well.

Beautiful Summer Escape

We were so happy to find this last minute booking. The property is a short drive from some of the most beautiful coastal waters in this region of the country that I have seen. The house set up was perfect and immaculately furnished. My mom enjoyed the 1st Floor bedroom with a full bathroom adjacent to her room. The beds were super comfy too. We also enjoyed getting to know some of the neighbors- a wonderful community. The pool was a nice amenity as well. The only downside was that there was no cable service. Perhaps this should be clarified in the listing. The tv could access internet tv streaming (Netflix/Hulu/Prime, etc). The wifi, however, was sketchy at times. We were there for the beach, so it wasn't a dealbreaker.

Would like to repeat

Very nice as advertised. Awesome place to stay with a short commute to the beach and shops. We had planned to use the outdoor grill but it was broken and not clean or functional. So we stayed inside. Also the kids played in the back lawn once in the early afternoon and one of the neighbors made a “comment” so we didn’t allow them to play outside again to avoid any issues. Not sure what was the problem or if kids playing outside is not allowed. Overall one of the best trips made and if I repeat again hopefully the grill is clean and works and neighbors are more accepting of playing children. Thank you very much.

It was very nice but we walked into glass shelves on the floor and table glass we had to put everything in the closet. Also the WiFi was pretty bad Other then that it was nice
