Community quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Parties and large gatherings (more than eight) are not permitted. Guests are required to pay a Club Access Fee to use the above facilities, payable at the Athletic Center upon arrival. Daily or weekly passes are available. During In Season (May 23, 2025 - September 1, 2025) there is no Saturday use for rental guests. Depending on the season and day of the week, adult (16+ years) rates range from $10-$30/day or $51-$110/weekly, and child (6-15 years) rates range from $5-$15/day or $25-$55/weekly.
