"The room had a large amount of hairs (shaved hairs) in the bathroom on the floor behind the door. I stayed there over 2 weeks ago and have still not received my deposit back. It still shows as pending on my bank side. The staff states it just takes a while for it to complete. It was not thoroughly cleaned after the last guest. "The staff was welcoming and helpful despite being quite busy due to how booked they were. The location isn’t in the best part of town. Property was fairly clean, but some of the furniture in our room was either broken or showing its age. The bed and pillows were terribly uncomfortable and neither of us were able to sleep. I would not stay here again."

We really wanted a discount or an extra night added to our stay. Whole time we were treated with a very dismissive attitude as though we were in a budget hotel, and couldn't expect more than pubic hairs on the toilet, dirty Q-tips on the floor, a broken hair dryer, broken clothes hangers, half empty...

"Great place to stay if you’re visiting OKC for a few days. 7 minutes to the Riverwalk downtown. Clean rooms. Staff were very friendly."

"The AC worked well, but noisy, and the TV was decent. A large room for the money, but the shower was gross, and the kitchen had roaches. The most disturbing part was their key card system. It required a new card with each entry because the door itself seemed to damage the strip. A two day stay went through six cards."
