This inviting 3-bedroom, 2-bath home is thoughtfully designed with families and groups in mind. On the main level, you’ll find two spacious king bedrooms, including a relaxing master suite with a private attached bathroom. Upstairs is a fun, kid-friendly space featuring a bunk setup with one twin on top and two twins on the bottom—perfect for little ones to unwind after a full day on the lake. Additional sleeping space is available with a pull-out sofa that comfortably sleeps two guests.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to create delicious meals, whether you're cooking up breakfast before a day on the water or gathering for a family dinner. Coffee lovers will appreciate having both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker available to start the day just right.

Step outside to the lakeview porch, where you’ll find comfortable outdoor furniture and a dining area perfect for meals with a view. During the cooler months, guests can enjoy the warmth and ambiance of the fireplace table while taking in the peaceful surroundings. There is also a charcoal BBQ charcoal grill available for classic cookouts.

The outdoor space truly shines with a large, flat yard—perfect for kids to play and families to gather. Just steps away, the private dock is fully equipped for lake enjoyment, featuring outdoor seating, a mini fridge for convenience, a ladder and steps for easy water access, and approximately 8–10 feet of water depth (depending on lake levels), making it ideal for swimming and fishing. Guests can relax on the two sun loungers or take advantage of the two floating jet ski docks. There is also one paddleboard available for guest use. Boaters will love the ability to tie off directly to the dock using the cleats—please remember to bring your own bumpers.

For added convenience, the boat ramp access is located directly next door, making launching your boat or watercraft incredibly easy.

As the sun sets, gather around the firepit with four Adirondack chairs and take in the stunning sunset views that make this property so special. Inside, you’ll find board games and cards for rainy days or cozy evenings together.

We recommend bringing anything additional you may need for your visit. We want all guests to have a comfortable stay.

Getting Around: Anslies gas station is near 5 minutes from the property. They have fuel, and a kitchen that many locals order from. There is a new Mexican restaurant called Amigos Cove near 5 minutes from the property. GCSU and GMC are approx. 35-40 away. Milledgeville offers a Kroger, Publix, and a Walmart about 35-40 minutes away.
