While the boat and jet skis at the property are not available for rent, you’re welcome to bring your own watercraft or rent one from a local marina to fully enjoy your lake days. There’s a marina just minutes away for easy access to the water.

Lake Sinclair Drawdown
A drawdown of Lake Sinclair is scheduled for the fall of
2025. The lake will be lowered by approximately five feet.
August 1, 2025 - Georgia Power will begin accepting permit applications from lake residents for the drawdown period.
October 25, 2025 - Georgia Power will initiate the drawdown.
November 1, 2025 - The lake will reach a minimum elevation of 335 feet above sea level.
December 1, 2025 - The lake refill will commence.
