Loved the location. Kitchen was well equipped and lots of space for a family of 8 The cabin is starting to show it age and seems a bit tired especially as marketed as luxury log home My main complaint is cleanliness, especially in kitchen and bathrooms. Hair on floors of bathroom and in shower . The kitchen needed a good clean before I used it. Fridge was gross Over all the stay was fine and we enjoyed the time there but not sure what I paid a cleaning fee for ! Overall a good stay but for me cleanliness

Family day weekend

Our check in was not what we had expected, but Amanda was very responsive to the issues we encountered. She was very quick to respond to our questions and tried to make our stay as pleasurable as possible. The set up was great and the kids really enjoyed having their own space in the basement. Beds were very comfortable. Location was perfect and we would definitely consider coming back.

Generally good

The pros - Nice house in lovely area. Good beds, nice fireplace. Hot tub was cleaned regularly. The cons- House could have been better equipped for the price though. Bedding was cheap, dishes were not great - no soup or cereal bowls.

Unsanitary especially in these times

Issues: Shower head broken. Non functional oven. Coffee maker left with dirty coffee grounds. ****Bag of used condoms in a drawer. ****Bed in basement full of flies McDonald’s left in the fridge 2 bags of firewood were promised but not left for us. ****Hot tub dirty-film of brown on top of water Dangerous hole in deck No batteries in the tv remote AC unit constantly leaking water and had to be wiped up hourly. Only 7 chairs for 8 people. Very disappointed considering the supposed high rating and having stayed at Fiddler in the past. Pictures can be provided upon request

Good location with privacy and great amenities.

Clean comfortable beds, large enough for out eight women reunion. Well set up and we would return. The only problem is the weather was unusually hot and the air conditioning died. The management company provided a temporary unit but it was still very hot. They responded promptly to our request.

Our stay was awesome! The chalet was very well equipped, meticulously clean and had everything we needed to make our family ski getaway memorable! I would stay in this chalet again - perhaps even a summer or fall getaway!

Well equipped chalet near Saint-Sauveur

The chalet was beautiful and nicely decorated. The location was great, only 15 minutes from ski hills. We had some minor issues -- the satellite TV wasn't working and the hot tub was not clean and there was dirt/grit in the bottom (maybe needed more chemical treatment?).

Great weekend!

Have a great time at this cottage. The place was beautiful, large and cleanC with enough space for everyone to hang out together without it feeling crowded. The owner was easy to talk to, always responding quickly to texts. We would consider renting here again for sure!
