What an experience!!

Thank you for allowing my family to experience life in the hills of Mill Valley!! Waking up & enjoying the patio view can start any day off with a positive mindset. Conveniently located in the Mill Valley area, close to almost everything you need. Not far from Golden Gate Bridge. Spent some time in the city and it was always great being able to come back to the peace of this property. More than enough space for the 4 of us! My advice for anyone renting a vehicle to stay in the area / this property is to not rent a large truck lol. I had a pickup since suvs weren’t available and it was always an adventure getting into the driveway with the curve and dip being a bit tight. A car or small sub would have had no issue! Also there were a fair amount of spider webs outside the house and in the patio area. Didn’t see the spiders but had to take time to knock some down in the areas we wanted to sit outside. Small small inconvenience. Can’t say enough about how worry free the rental process/ check in was. Great experience! My family can’t stop talking about the views and the memories! Thank you again!!!

Quiet and Private: Perfect for our small family gathering.

Thank you to Andrew and Kathleen for a beautiful stay at their home in Mills Valley. It was the perfect meeting point for our family (from around the country and internationally) to gather for my mother's memorial. It was easy to get to from the airport, incredibly beautiful and set up for everyone's needs. I think the family would say the highlights were the hot tub, the deck fire pit looking over the vista and generally multiple gathering spots for cooking, eating and hanging out. Moreover Andrew was always quick to respond to any questions we may have had about the house and area. I wish we could have stayed longer. It was the perfect spot for our family. Easy and relaxed.

Beautiful home in the perfect relaxing setting

Our family loved our stay in Mill Valley. It was my husband and I, our 4-year-old son who loved the putting green and our infant daughter who was fascinated by the gorgeous trees surrounding the home. We also traveled with my mom and her small dog, who enjoyed walks in the hilly area. The house itself is pristine, very well stocked and a great place to spread out and relax, or even work. The neighborhood is quiet and serene. We especially loved the landing I could let the kids play on while dinner was being cooked, and the bright skylights and high ceilings. We relaxed at the fire table at night and all slept great in rooms at every level of the home. Prepare for the steep stairs inside the house — we all closed our Apple Watch exercise rings each day just by moving around inside. The owner was so communicative and responsive and even helped us by shipping something we had accidentally left behind. Highly recommend staying here!

Great house for family vacation

We loved this location in Mill Valley- easy to get to grocery store, bike rental, surf board rental and restaurants. Love the laid back vibe of the area. We had time to relax in the hot tub after a busy outdoor day. It was nice that kitchen had everything needed for family of 5. Will return to the this house and it’s beautiful views!
