Tranquila Beach Cottage directamente frente al acceso a la playa-Mascotas y niños bienvenidos

Esta acogedora cabaña de Slaughter Beach espera compartir la hermosa playa con nuevos visitantes. La propiedad está ubicada directamente frente al acceso público a la playa para que sus pies nunca se cansen de caminar a la playa. La cabaña cuenta con conexión Wi-Fi y TV por cable. Sin embargo, descansar o leer un libro en el patio proyectado a veces es igual de relajante. La cabaña se encuentra en dos lotes con una hermosa vista de la Reserva Natural, por lo que tendrá mucho espacio para divertirse al aire libre, conejito o observación de aves, además de su propia privacidad. Hay un amplio patio al aire libre para cenas al atardecer. Las renovaciones recientes incluyen todos los pisos y ventiladores de techo nuevos, además de un calentador de agua caliente sin tanque, aire acondicionado, una lavadora y secadora nuevas y una ducha al aire libre para mayor comodidad. ¡El sistema de agua caliente sin tanque permite cantidades interminables de agua caliente para todos los invitados!


La casa está totalmente amueblada y recientemente renovada. Encontrará todo lo que necesita si planea cocinar durante su estadía. Hay una estufa de gas y horno, lavavajillas y cafetera. Incluso hay una parrilla afuera para su conveniencia.

Ofrecemos a los huéspedes la opción de usar nuestra ropa de cama sin cargo adicional, sin embargo, los invitados deberán proporcionar toallas de playa al aire libre, sillas de playa y refrigeradores.

Excellent stay!

We really enjoyed our stay! The cottage was very clean, had a fully stocked kitchen, great backyard. This is a perfect spot if you want to have a quiet relaxing time at the beach. It was close to other attractions also.

Cozy, clean & bright

We were looking for a quiet place to relax and we found it here. The house was very cozy with well-equipped kitchen. The beach was just across the road for sunrise viewing and long walks. The sunset from the back porch was beautiful. We saw the neighborhood fox a couple of times. All this and it’s just a short drive to Milford's store’s & restaurants.

Love the houses quaint vibe. The backyard is huge. Fully equipped kitchen, no lie. I loved the vacation here. Short walk to the beach. I wanted a change from hustle bustle and found it here!

Family Beach Vacation 2024

My family and I loved this property! It was 100 steps to a beautiful, quiet, beach! The house was clean! We liked having 3 bedrooms! The entire family enjoyed the outdoor shower! Would definitely recommend!

Spoiled vacation

Getting to the tranquil cottage was “interesting”, it’s on a natural reserve, with a beach full of dead horse crabs, and blood sucking flies as well as mosquitos. My wife was bitten and bloody, and had an allergic reaction. Being with a baby, we realized this was a bad idea. We didn’t feel secure in the house, windows exiting the bathroom had no curtains, the house was not cleaned, the floors were full of sand, black long human hairs and short white animal hairs were found. Our 1 year old granddaughter found different snacks by the books and in the couches, such as a peanut chewy nut bar and pretzel crackers. The pack and play was dusty and stained so we did not use it. The furniture was very old, the beds were spring beds and the beds shook constantly, with old blankets that had holes in them. There were no outside lights either and it was creepy to be outside after 9pm. The WiFi only works in the main area, not in the bedrooms and the AC is in the main room, therefore you have to sleep with the doors open, or the fan on in your room. The location and home reminded me of a scary movie. There was a very strict list of everything that needs to be done upon departing the location, such as vacuuming, and taking off bed sheets. We cleaned up after the people that stayed there and had to clean up after ourselves. If we knew the truth about the cottage we would Have never ever stayed here. All the good beaches are 30-40 minutes away from the cottage.

Beautiful Beach Cottage

We had a wonderful trip. The cottage and surrounding area was just as pictured. The place was clean, well stocked, and offered plenty of space, huge bonus for having sheets and towels so we didn't have to pack them. We were thrilled to be able to bring our two elderly dogs. The beach was clean and beautiful, buggy bear the cottage but that was expected.

Perfect getaway

We absolutely loved staying in this perfect little cottage, literally right across from beach access. The location was perfect, and my son also loved the playground right down the street. The outside shower was an added bonus for sandy, wet feet and for our dog who loves swimming. We wanted quiet, safe and dog friendly and that's exactly what we got🙂

Great place by the water!

We stayed here while my son had a lacrosse tournament in Frederica. This place is in a great location and the cottage was very clean and sneakily spacious. The location is very nice and close to the beach. We would love to stay here again!

Great Property, Great Location

We stayed here while visiting my family for Christmas, so we were only in the beach house to sleep. The property was spotless and spacious, and I always appreciate contactless check-ins. My family of 5, including 3 young adult children, had ample space to spread out. The location is perfect. Although it was December, we walked the beach each morning. It is literally across the street. The National Wildlife Refuge is less than a mile away. I saw snow geese in the pond there on my run. The host was very responsive. We had trouble with the wifi on Christmas Eve, and she had it fixed immediately. Thanks for a wonderful stay and wonderful memories.

Fantastic

If you are looking around for a place to stay near the beach, stop and book this. The house is adorable - cuter than the pictures even show. The house was very clean. We brought meals to cook and they had every imaginable cooking pan, dish and cooking utensil. We played cards at the round table in the kitchen, walked across the street to the beach and had the most relaxing time. The home owner was very responsive and helpful. We can't wait to come back!

Great Cottage

We loved staying in this cozy cottage. The house was clean and we liked that there was room to put our stuff (wall hooks, cabinets, tables). It is in a nice quiet neighborhood right across the street from the beach. The dog loved walking on the beach every morning and playing ball in the backyard. The location is great, we went all the way up to Dover and all the way down to Fenwick Island. My favorite stops were Lewes (Lightship Overfalls, Cape Henlopen State Park, Crooked Hammock Brewery) and Milton (Lavender Fields at Warrington Manor).
