Excellent stay! Our stay was perfect for our Cooperstown experience. Our son played at Dreams Park which was just a few minutes away. We were lucky to have only 1 rain delay, but super convenient to go back & forth between games, Hall of Fame or other area attractions. The kitchen is fully stocked with every tool you might need to prepare meals. The kids loved the bunk beds, such a great use of space to maximize sleeping options. Our queen bed in the main bedroom was SO comfortable and the bedding was dreamy. Towels!!! There were at least 20! Full size washer & dryer were perfect especially since we had a hot week and did multiple outfit changes. There is a lovely deck with table, chairs & grill. The property is beautifully surrounded by trees and provides a wonderful escape. There is also a fire pit and plenty of firewood for bonfires. Thank you so much for an amazing experience!

It was a great place to stay while we watched our son play at Dreams Park. It feels brand new and spotlessly clean. The 4 minute commute was so convenient to the park and close to everything else. We slept well, ate well and I highly recommend this house.

Fawn’s Lair was a great space for our family of 5 while our son played at Dreams Park. The living space and yard were perfect for our family. The proximity to the park (3-4 mins) was ideal and Mike and Colleen were great hosts. I’d highly recommend this place for anyone heading to Dreams Park or to Cooperstown.

Fair Lair

The perfect spot for Cooperstown Dream Park and also convenient for Cooperstown Village. It was nice to be close enough to the park to get home between games. The home is perfect and could also accommodate a family. Everything was clean, bed was comfortable, and kitchen was well stocked. The outside deck is very private and overlooks a beautiful yard. Great spot for eating , coffee, or just reading a book. We have stayed in many air b and b’s as it’s our favorite way to travel and we would definitely make this our first choice when back in the area.

Best Rental I’ve Ever Stayed In

The house was super clean, beds were comfy, super soft sheets and towels. Awesome shower! The house was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, and everything was great quality-the owners don’t skimp on anything. The property is beautiful, with tons of beautiful landscaping. The owner was super friendly, but very respectful of our space and gave us total privacy. Honestly, this is the best rental I’ve ever stayed in, and I’m pretty particular. I highly recommend this rental. Less than five minutes from Cooperstown Dreams Park.

Peaceful, lovely spot close to baseball!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Fawn’s Lair while my son played at Dreams Park this week. Just a 3-4 minute drive from the park was super convenient and the place was clean, comfortable and very well outfitted with everything you could need. We enjoyed using the private deck, grill and side yard. It was everything the listing advertises. We will be coming back in a couple of years when my youngest is ready for his turn at baseball heaven.

Visited with my parents and was an easy drive to and from to Cooperstown Dreamspark. Was back and forth a number of times and the location made it a breeze. The unit itself was perfect and had everything we needed. Thanks again!

Wonderful place, very close to Dreams Park!

We had a great stay and the location was so convenient for Dreams Park. We were easily able to go back and forth between games. House is modern and on shared property with separate driveway and lots of green space. Place had everything we needed and kitchen stocked with items. They also had kayaks available which we enjoyed using at the lake. Easy to get in touch with owners when needed. Overall had a great week, highly recommend!

House was so clean it sparkled! Located just 1.5 miles from Dreams past August Lodge and right before one of the nearby campgrounds so it is as easy to access. Modern facilities to suit our taste. Shared property with owners with sufficient separation for privacy. Kayaks at the lake were a nice perk!

Excellent stay

We couldn’t ask for a better place to stay during our son’s tournament at Dreams Park! This location is five minutes from driveway to parking lot, making it super convenient for games! The house is immaculately clean, quiet and peaceful, exactly what you want after long days! The beds were super comfortable! Having a kitchen that was well stocked was an added bonus! We loved being able to come back and relax is an air conditioned house, relaxing and watching a movie, or sitting out on the deck! The owners are very respectful of your privacy (the rented place has its own driveway, entrance, and separate from their house), but also when we saw them behind welcoming and friendly! I would highly recommend booking this property!

Great stay near Dreams Park

This was the perfect place for our trip to Cooperstown for the 12u baseball tournament. Prime location with the complex just down the road and easy access to nearby restaurants and grocery store. The house itself was spotless and an ideal layout for our family. It was also perfectly appointed with everything that we needed, and there were many nice touches that made it even more comfortable - extra towels, amazing closets, comfy beds, and a rain shower head. The hosts were absolutely wonderful and were very easy to communicate with. If we're ever back in the area will definitely stay here again!

Perfect spot for Dreams Park baseball family

We stayed here while our son played baseball at Dreams Park. It was incredibly close to the fields - we're talking a 3-5 minute drive to run back home from the fields, but yet far enough away that we could see the stars at night and enjoy the beautiful property. The home is in immaculate shape - very clean and modern with everything you could ever need including a well-stocked kitchen and a grill along with high end appliances. The hosts are very welcoming and very kind - we enjoyed working with them! I highly recommend this place to anyone coming to Cooperstown to play at Dreams Park.

Everything Is Perfect

Everything about our stay was perfect! Mike and Colleen were extremely helpful, quick to respond to any questions. The home is located in a beautiful setting just a stone’s throw from Cooperstown Dreams Park. Our son’s game schedule didn’t allow us much time to lounge at the residence, but the time we did spend there was great. Super clean, kitchen is stocked with everything you would need. Washer and dryer is definitely an added bonus. Pictures online of the property are exactly how it is… super cute and comfortable. I absolutely recommend this property!

Wonderful stay in Cooperstown

Fawn’s Lair was perfect for our stay in Cooperstown. It is on a beautiful property just minutes away from Cooperstown park which made going back and forth very easy. The property had plenty of space for our family. Very clean and comfortable beds. The kitchen was stocked and useful to make quick meals. We have a younger baseball son and look forward to coming back to Fawn’s Lair in 2 years.

Great House & Dreams Park location

This property was everything our family needed for a great Dreams Park experience. Was only 5 min from Dreams Park, easy to get into town, and the house was clean with all the amenities needed. We enjoyed grilling and eating outside, and the kids enjoyed the hammocks. Highly recommend this place!

Great week at Dreams Park!

If you're son or daughter are spending the week at Cooperstown Dreams Park, this is where you want to stay. A mere four minute drive to the entrance, but tucked away from the lights, this was the perfect place to stay to enjoy the baseball at Dreams Park, but the quiet tranquility of your own place to take a nap (especially in the provided hammocks).

Beautiful House, Perfect Stay

I can't say enough nice things about this property and our hosts. It was an ideal place for us to stay while our son played at Dreams Park. It's a beautiful guest house that the owners treat like their own (felt like staying at a friend's house, NOT an ignored rental unit). The location is fantastic, with beautiful views and close to the park. The owners were spectacular - answered questions quickly - even loaned us their kayaks! Counting down the days until my younger son plays in Cooperstown so we can book this place again. THANK YOU!

Cannot beat this place!

I cannot say enough about this house, it’s location, or the owners. This place was extremely neat and clean. Everything you need is provided and then some. If your kiddo is playing at Dream Park it’s an easy 5 minute trip which was perfect because we were back and forth for games so often. Communication with the owners was timely and they tended to every request we had.
