Viaje en familia con niños pequeños
We adored our stay here (2 adults 1 child). Situated in a residential area it may not look impressive as you arrive but it was brilliant. Check in instructions clear and easy to follow. There's a cute old fashioned lift to get your bags upstairs. The apartment looks exactly as the pictures (if not better). There's a supermarket just round the corner and the kitchen is well appointed enough for me to cook some proper meals rather than out all the time. We made excellent use of the hottub and my daughter loved the terrace. Beds and sofa all incredibly comfortable and we were very relaxed. Just a short walk from the cebtrw of navigli with street culture and restaurants. About a 15-20 minute slow walk from Romolo metro if you're using public transport. I loved it so much I would like to return for longer

We were happy with the apartment until we all started having alergic reactions to something. There were automatic air fresheners throughout and we put them outside but it didn’t eliviate symptons. Other than allergies, the apartment is very nice and modernized. We loved the outside deck. Trams do not run as advertised and are seasonal. We used Uber and taxis. Check the pastry shop across the street for outstanding goodies! Grocery close by.

Fabulous Outside Space

Overall great accommodation, especially the outside space. Very handy for No3 tram. Just missing a couple of kitchen items - only 2 wine glasses for an apartment which can accommodate 4/5 people, plus the remote for the AC was missing, but Alessandro was very helpful in turning this on remotely. Would definitely recommend to others.

The most perfect location

Overall this was definitely the perfect spot for myself and my 2 teens! Accommodations were very comfortable. The beds were comfortable (pillows are hard - which, we expected due to previous Italy visits so we brought our own). The location of this apartment is absolute perfection if you want to be close enough to hop skip and jump to major tourist attractions, and just some fun areas to explore but still feel like more of a local. You are literally at the corner where the 3 line picks you up and that will take you directly to Il Duomo, or you can walk (about 30 -40 minutes depending on speed) and on that same walk you will see so many shops, restaurants, churches, etc. We did that literally every day we were in Milan. We'd hop on a few stops, hop off, etc and it was amazing. The grocery store is a block away, cafe across the street, TONS of restaurants and stores and we just loved the convenience of it all. There is also a farmers market just a few blocks away (walk towards the duomo on the 3 line street) on Saturday morning that we LOVED! The apartment itself is well equipped. Large size fridge and freezer, Alessandro left espresso pods for us, and we even met his cleaning lady (we were allowed to check in early and she was still there) who was SO nice and explained the washer and dryer and how they worked etc to us. There is a blowdryer in the bathroom. FYI the water pressure is not great but to be expected in an older building on the 6th floor (the italians say 5th)

Okay Stay

The property was just okay. We chose this apartment because of the hot tub and upon arriving, we were told it would be €60 additional. Very unreasonable for a two night stay. The listing also mentioned air conditioning to which there was no remote to operate. If you plan to have more than one person shower within a few hours of each other, be prepared for little hot water. The area is close to the bus line to get into the central area with the Duomo.

Incredible property with easy access

This property is incredible. The location is close to all sorts of amenities, restaurants, bars, and tourism points. Plus, the rooms were plenty spacious and very comfortable. We had a great time with 2 couples and a single person. The couch is huge and definitely can be used to sleep an extra person if needed.

Nice, Spacious Apartment in Good Location

Overall, we had a great 2 night stay in this apartment. It is spacious, with plenty of storage, and the roof terrace is particularly impressive (but be aware that there is a charge to use the hot tub - we weren't informed of this until a few days before check-in). It is a quick tram ride (or a 30 minute walk) to central Milan, and there was a great place for coffee/breakfast just over the road. Communication from the owner could have been better, and it's definitely worth being clear about which beds you will need to use, as we ended up with a double bed for our 17yo son and 15yo daughter, and couldn't find bedding to make up a sofa bed. Would recommend this apartment for a break in Milan - wish we had had longer to explore the city!

Very close to Navigli

The apartment was in a wonderful neighborhood, very close to the canals. We found an exceptional restaurant, Osteria Concetta, a couple of blocks away. The tram was super easy to use and went right to the Duomo. We only wish we had been staying over the weekend so we could have taken advantage of the massive Saturday market!

It was okay

The place was fine. The bed was really comfortable, and the place was clean. But other than that, it was not the best. The location is 30 minutes from anything of note, unless you take a cab. The check in process was really rough as well. Check in isn’t until 5pm, but you also can’t be too late because the downstairs door will lock, I’m not sure when. We wanted to leave our bags there during the day while it got cleaned, since that was an option offered to us. We said we were on our way but we got there and had no idea what to do or how to get in. Luckily we happened to run into someone on our way out that helped us and gave us check in information and said we would be fine if we came back after 3:30. We did, and the cleaner gave us more information about the place. We had to ask the host for the check in information for WiFi etc. that night. Then the host charged us for using the hot tub. It’s not a big deal but I don’t understand since I thought it was included. And he didnt want us to pay through the app either which I thought was weird. Lastly, the “hot tub” wasn’t even hot until midnight. I don’t really understand being charged to use it and then it isn’t ready when arriving. I may have been happier if I was staying here longer than one night, but you don’t need more than that for Milan I don’t think so I don’t think I would stay here again. It was fine, but not worth the hassle in my opinion with distance and late check in.

Appartamento molto spazioso, arredato con gusto e con mobili di qualità. Stanze pulite e ben disposte, bagno ottimo e cucina efficiente e completa. Tv in quasi ogni stanza, termosifoni regolabili. Enorme terrazza con accesso da diverse stanze. Comunicazione con l' host ottima. In 4 persone siamo stati comodissimi e ci sarebbe ancora posto.

Good communication, attentive, spacious and lovely

The property manager was very helpful in providing me all the information needed to enter, enjoy my stay and leave efficiently. The apartment is spacious and beautiful. Was able to enjoy the bells of the town ringing and views of the city on the roof deck. Able to save some leftovers from a delicious Osso restaurant nearby and eat them using the kitchen later. A convenient parking 24 spot next door along with a bank. Really everything you need to enjoy some of Italy and Milan is right there. Television worked well and hot water flowed. Comfortable beds and nice towels left for me. Highly recommended!

komfortable Wohnung in zentraler Lage

Die Wohnung liegt nahe an einer Straßenbahn und einer O-Busstation und ist trotzdem relativ ruhig. Sie ist groß und verfügt über eine sehr große möblierte Terrasse mit schönem Blick auf einen Kirchturm. Die vielen Fenster sind alle mit Außenjalousien versehen und dank der Klimaanlage kann man hier auch gut im Sommer Urlaub machen. Der Gastgeber antwortet unmittelbar auf Fragen. Wir hätten uns für die Küchenausstattung noch einen Wasserkocher, mehr Besteck und z.B. eine Auflaufform für den Backofen gewünscht.

Family trip in Northern Italy

Best place, just outside center of Milan but walking distance from the main attractions or at least the transits. Everything we need is just around the corner. Appartement was perfect for our family of 5. And the terrasse is amazing with a very nice view. Only negative, is the kitchen is short on some useful tools.

Comfortable and Modern

This is a very modern , clean, and comfortable apartment. It is on the 5th floor but has a very cute and small elevator to use. The host was very communicative. There is a large terrace equipped with chairs and table that was amazing. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice Modern Apartment! Big terrace!

We were staying here the last night before departing back to the US. It was a pleasant surprise coming in. We slept 5 comfortably. Good location with bakeries and shops, markets downstairs very close. Very clean apartment, has TVs in every room. Cute swing in the back on the terrace was great for my 2 year old. Definitely would recommend!
