- the flat is located on the fourth floor with lift of an Art Nouveau building in the centre of Milan

- sleeps 4 in the two double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, the master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with chrome therapy and a bench inside the shower as well as a very spacious walk-in wardrobe.

- both bathrooms in the flat have a shower with overhead shower and bidet.
- each guest is provided with 3 towels
- the flat offers a small but functional laundry area with washer/dryer and everything you need for laundry inside the second bathroom

- the kitchen is fully equipped with everything, stove, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, filter hood, water boiler, minipiner and of course a complete set of cutlery, pans and plates

- coffee is offered with a Nespresso machine

- the living area, very cosy, has a 55" samsung TV with Netflix service and prime video (via playstation console) as well as Wifi connection throughout the house

- in the living room there is an additional bed for a possible fifth guest, a four-seater sofa and a nice little balcony from which you can see the whole street.

- check-in and check-out independently without keys via a numeric combination lock, however the owner will be happy to welcome you as often as possible

The building is old but the apartment is updated and fancy. It looked just like in the pics. It is in a nice, quite area and we never felt unsafe. The host was always available for our questions.Cons: There was a musty odor as soon as we stepped into the apartment. When we ran the washer, we lost power and had to go down into the basement to reset it. We never ran the washer again :)

Perfect location for our Milan vacation!

We loved the apartment for the 2 couples that stayed. Lovely bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Spacious dining and living room area. The host was quick to answer any question we had.

Cozy apartment, pod location to get around Milan

Great stay with family, nearby grocery stores. Elevator makes it easy to access 4th floor. Large shower was a lovely benefit of this apartment.

Great location

The apartment was very pretty on the inside and outside. It was a place I felt like I could live long term which was great. Easy getting around as there is a metro line five minutes away which with connections could get you anywhere in the city. Will be even easier in a few months once the new line is fully completed. Also there is a large grocery store a block away. Great restaurants nearby and felt very safe anytime we were walking around.

Spacious flat in Milan

Nice property with all you needed. Air conditioning, two nice beds. As with any Vrbo, some things in the flat take a minute to figure out since it is not your home but no issues with us. Everyone in apartment building was very welcoming. Flat was about a 30 minute walk to main city square which we were able to do. Not most convenient for the metro, but if you can navigate the bus/tram system which we did, you can get there. We'd stay there again for sure.

Nice apartment, very clean and modern.

We stayed for a week. We enjoyed the apartment. Everybody was perfect once we figured everything out. Unfortunately I had to text the host several times to ask how to find things or make things work, as there were no instructions. The host said he has a sheet of instructions but the guests take them each time. We never found the light switch for the over the stove lights. After four days we finally found the area with all the nice restaurants. Good amenities nearby. Good transportation options. We had a lovely time in Milan!
