In Certosa: bright, spacious and strategically close to shops and means of transport!

The apartment is on the third floor without a lift. It consists of an entrance hall, a kitchen equipped with all appliances (microwave, kettle, toaster, etc.) which leads to a terrace, a bedroom - Nb. the bedroom is only one! - with two bunk beds and a single bed, and a bathroom. Venetian terracotta floors.

You will find the bus stop 69 (bus) in front of the door and 50m the stop of the 14th and 1th (tram) that lead to the Arco della Pace and directly into Piazza Duomo. At the corner the 90/91 stop to go and return from Central Station.

Nearby there are many shops, even a Mediaworld, supermarkets (there is a hyper open always until 10 pm, a Carrefour open 24 hours a day and a Naturasì for BIO products) and the Il Portello shopping center for every need. Very close Corso Sempione and the Arco della Pace with its many clubs.

At home you will also find a WI-Fi fiber optic connection.

Do not worry about bringing too many things with you, you will find everything you need to have breakfast, towels, sheets and everything you need in a house to be cozy!

This apartment was the perfect stay for my group of three in Milan! The host was highly accommodating and easy to communicate with, and the unit was clean and cute! Do be prepared for some stairs if you have luggage with you. I would definitely recommend this stay.

Valentina was exceptional, very clear instructions and always answered our messages instantly. I stayed here with my family of 4 (5 total). There was more than enough room for us. The location was great as the streetcar to go downtown Milan is right across the street and took about 35 minutes to get to the Duomo. The apartment was very clean and exactly as advertised. I highly recommend this apartment if you’re looking to stay outside of the city center.

Our stay in Milano

The appartment is very clean and everything that we needed was there. There is a bus and a tram station a few meters aeay from tje appartment, so it was very easy to visit the city and get to the train station. The communication with the owner was very fast and easy.

We stayed at her Place as a Young group of girls (3). We felt really save and especially in the evenings was the view from the balcony quite aesthetic. The Host welcomed us very happily and also got out of her way to do us a few small favors!

Cute, comfort apartment

I really loved this stay. The apartment was clean and cozy while the host was communicative and kind. The kitchen is equipped with anything you might need and the bed was comfortable. It was a little hot in the summer, but there were fans provided and the windows opened for a nice cross flow to cool the place down quickly. Also, the apartment is on the third floor with no elevator so keep that in mind.

Nice apartment on north side of Milan

The apartment was nice but hot in the summer. The bus and train were good to go to the heart of the city and sights, otherwise the walk was a bit long. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. The electronic blinds with a remote was a nice bonus.

In Ordnung für kurzen Aufenthalt

Enges Treppenhaus, statt einen großen schweren Koffer lieber zwei nehmen. Küche und Betten sind schon etwas in Mitleidenschaft geraten. Wirlpool? Wo sollte der versteckt sein? Habe ihn auch nicht vermisst. Trotz relativ moderner Fenster ist die Straße deutlich zu hören. Straßenbahn hält in der Nähe, wildes Parken auf den "Grünstreifen" möglich, wie es dort alle machen.

Great little apartment

Apartment was clean, lovely and had what we needed. There is a washing machine but you’re not able to use it, but we didn’t know this until contacting the owner. Trams and buses take about 30 minutes into the centre so it is a bit of a trek in and out. Owner was quick to respond, with a lot of information to help us get in and out of the apartment. Only issue we had was the key to the door, it was very easy to jam.

Appartement très bien situé si on veut visiter Milan

L’appartement est conforme au descriptif et propre. Sinon La salle de bain avec une petite douche et le rideau de douche qui colle à la peau lorsqu’on se douche tellement c’est petit; ce n’est pas vraiment hygiénique. Dommage qu’il y ait une machine à café et aucune dosette qui soit fourni. Bruyant, on entend la route la nuit. Le plus , très bien desservi

Ordentliche Unterkunft

Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist nicht üppig, aber ausreichend, Die Lage ist verkehrstechnisch günstig, die Staßenbahnlinie 14 hält direkt vorm Haus und bietet eine gute Verbindung ins Zentrum. Die Vermieterin war unterwegs, und wir mussten die Schlüssel aus einem Safe mit Zahlenschloss holen. Die Vermieterin bemühte sich, uns mit allen notwendigen Informationen zu versorgen, wählte jedoch andere Kanäle als FeWoDirekt, so dass wir anrufen mussten, um das Notwendige zu erfahren – was nicht immner klappte. Positiv vermekrken möchte ich ihr großes Entgegenkommen, als wir nach einem Trauerfall unsere Reise umbuchen mussten.
