Peace and quiet are guaranteed despite the strategic location just a few minutes from the Navigli and Milan’s lively nightlife.

The area is very quiet; you’ll find restaurants, bars, pubs, pizzerias, and supermarkets.
The Space
The apartment is located on the first floor and features a wonderful terrace. Just inside the apartment is the first bedroom, which has a double bed and a double sofa bed.

The open-concept kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, oven, refrigerator with freezer, and all the cookware needed to prepare a meal at home. There is also a washing machine for guests who need to do laundry.

On the left is a spacious bathroom equipped with a sink, toilet, shower/tub, bidet, and hair dryer. Guests will be provided with a complimentary toiletries kit containing shampoo and body wash.

Past the kitchen is another bedroom featuring a double bed and a large closet where you can store your clothes.

The apartment has building-wide heating and offers free Wi-Fi with speeds up to 1 Gbps—perfect for work video calls, downloading large files, browsing social media, or simply watching a movie.

Every guest will have access to high-quality towels and sheets!

There is an additional fee of €50 for check-ins after 9:00 PM. We accept check-ins until 11:45 PM, but no later.
There is an extra charge of 15€ per hour for late check-out after 10:00 a.m.
IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW THE HOUSE RULES, THERE WILL BE A PENALTY.
Other things to keep in mind
We also offer a crib for families, but we need to know in advance so we can prepare everything your baby needs.
The rental fee is only 20€.
We simply ask that you let us know as soon as possible.
