Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which heating may be used and the daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Milan Climate Zone E: 14 hours per day from October 15 to April 15.



- For check-in after the scheduled time, the following surcharge applies:

* A surcharge of 25 euros applies from 9:30 PM until 11:00 PM. We are unable to process check-ins after 11:00 PM.



How to get here:



- From Milan-Linate: take the blue M4 line to San Babila and transfer to the M1 line to the Lotto stop, then walk less than 10 minutes. Travel time: 45 minutes.



- From Milan-Malpensa: take the Malpensa Shuttle to the Piazzale Lotto stop, then walk less than 10 minutes. Travel time: 1 hour.



- From Stazione Centrale: take the M2 to the Garibaldi stop and transfer to the M5 to the Segesta stop. Travel time: 25 minutes.



- If you’re coming by car: You can park for a fee on the street in the blue-lined zones or at the Abba parking garage (for a fee), just a few minutes’ walk from the apartment.
