Welcome to our Insthouse loft, a natural retreat in the heart of Milan. With a cozy atmosphere and original design, our property offers a unique and refined lodging experience. The naturalistic theme we have chosen is enriched by plush monkeys, snakes, and green plants, creating a warm and distinctive atmosphere.

The space
My vacation home in Milan offers a cozy and modern space, perfect for accommodating up to four people or even 5 if you want to sleep on the sofa. The apartment is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable L-shaped sofa, an equally comfortable sofa bed, a bathroom complete with every comfort, and a bedroom on a beautiful wooden loft, communicating with the walk-in closet.

The kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you need to prepare meals independently. Guests can use the stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher, as well as a wide range of kitchen utensils and dishes. An adjacent dining area offers a comfortable and welcoming dining experience with a breakfast table and a very practical expandable table for every need.

The living room is furnished with a comfortable L-shaped sofa and an equally comfortable sofa bed, offering a perfect space to relax and rest after a day spent exploring the city. The 2 flat-screen TVs with Netflix along with various USB, USB-C and hub outlets will allow you to have every comfort for your chill in our property!
Guest access
Access from the communal courtyard and then the entrance door. You can enter the property autonomously at any time (after the indicated check-in time), thanks to a simple self check-in system. You will receive the instructions after booking.

The objects, gadgets and furnishings in the property are commercial products available for purchase separately from the stay price. For the utmost care of each guest, we recommend maximum care for these items.
