House Of The 5 Days of Milan

A beautiful, recently renovated apartment in a historic building dating from the late 1800s with a stunning view of Piazza 5 Giornate, one of Milan’s most central and iconic squares—an ideal location for exploring the heart of the city center on foot (10–15 minutes to Piazza Duomo and Piazza San Babila).

THE SPACE:
The apartment is ideal for up to 6 guests and consists of: an entryway with a kitchen and dining area, a spacious and bright living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (which can be pushed together to form a double bed), and 2 bathrooms.
A CHICCO NEXT2ME crib is available (€20 EXTRA, payable upon arrival in cash; no credit cards accepted)
The open kitchen is fully equipped (gas stove, combination convection oven/microwave, refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher). In the living room, you’ll find a 50-inch 3D HD TV with Ambilight, and if you’d like, an Xbox 360 for entertainment (the fireplace is closed and cannot be used). Free Wi-Fi is available in the house.
The bathrooms are entirely clad in marble; one features a whirlpool tub with a shower, and the other has a spacious shower with a central showerhead.
There are split-system air conditioners in two of the rooms, sufficient to keep the entire apartment cool.
The heating system is independent.

GUEST ACCESS:
The entire apartment is at your complete disposal; I only ask that you treat all items and spaces in the home with the same respect and care as if they were your own, and that you notify me promptly of any malfunctions so I can address them immediately for your benefit or that of future guests.

The entrance to the building from the street and the apartment, accessible via the elevator to the third floor, are barrier-free.

Other things to keep in mind

CHECK-IN:
As for the standard CHECK-IN, it must be arranged with us and is available from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
This is a private residence, so there is no reception desk or concierge, and since we will not be at home, we would kindly like to know—if you haven’t already let us know—what time you plan to arrive for check-in so that we, too, can be at the property on time to wait for your arrival. This will help us avoid any unnecessary delays for both of us, and we’ll be waiting for you at the front door on the street to welcome you.

HOLIDAYS: For check-ins/check-outs on December 24, 25, 31, and January 1, please make specific arrangements on a case-by-case basis.

CHECK-OUT:
Standard check-out is by 11:00 a.m. Leave the keys inside the apartment and lock the front door from the outside without using the keys (do not leave the keys in the lock).

Please also note that on check-out day after 11:00 a.m. and on check-in day before 3:00 p.m., you will not be able to access the apartment, not even to leave your luggage; we will still try to make arrangements to allow you to leave your luggage, but you will not be able to stay on the premises since we will need sufficient time to clean the rooms.

SPECIAL NEEDS:

If necessary, it is possible—though not guaranteed due to our own needs or those of guests staying before you—to request and arrange with us an early or late check-in/check-out, which requires a fee to be paid in cash at check-in.
For special requests, please contact us in advance, and we will assess the situation and do our best to accommodate you.

Early Check-in:
from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM = 20.00 € (twenty euros)

Late Check-in:
from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM = 20.00 € (twenty /00 EURO)
from 10:00 PM to 1:00 AM = 40.00 € (forty /00 EURO)
after 1:00 a.m. = 60.00 € (sixty /00 EURO)

Late Check-out:
from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. = 20.00 € (twenty /00 EURO)

Let’s stay in touch, and while we hope this never happens, we always aim to be fair and punctual. We understand that delays can occur, but they obviously cause organizational disruptions and wasted time, therefore, any significant delay from the agreed-upon time will result in surcharges (starting at 20€ up to the cost of one extra night according to the price list), which are obviously based on the time slots and, like the rest of the payment, must be paid in CASH (NO CREDIT CARDS) upon your arrival.
