A cozy 45-square-meter apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people, located on the third floor of a building WITHOUT an elevator.

The apartment is near Città Studi and the Piola/Loreto M2 subway station.

The apartment is equipped with all the main amenities, including a washing machine, dryer, and a balcony.

The location is excellent!

We’re in a quiet part of the city, just outside downtown Milan, a 7-minute walk from the Loreto subway station, which goes straight to Piazza Duomo!



The interior is laid out as follows:



- LIVING ROOM with a double sofa bed and a KITCHENETTE (with a gas stove, oven, kettle, refrigerator, freezer, moka pot, and kitchen utensils),

- BEDROOM with a double bed and a closet

- BATHROOM (access via 1 step) with shower, sink, toilet, and washer-dryer;

- BALCONY.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Milan Climate Zone E: 14 hours per day from October 15 to April 15.



- For check-in after the scheduled time, the following surcharge applies:

* Between 9:30 p.m. and 11:00 p.m., a surcharge of 25 euros applies. We are unable to process check-ins after 11:00 PM.



- From Milan Linate Airport, you can reach the apartment by taking the M4 subway line to the Argonne stop. From there, walk to the Largo Porto Di Classe stop (a 3-minute walk) and take bus No. 93 to the Lambrate M2 stop, which is just a few minutes’ walk away.



- From Milan Malpensa Airport, you can reach the apartment by taking the Terravision bus service to Stazione Centrale, from where you can take the M2 subway line to the Lambrate FS stop, just a few minutes’ walk from the property.



- From Central Station, you can reach the apartment by taking the subway (M2) to the Lambrate FS stop, which is just a few minutes’ walk from the property.



- You can reach the apartment by car, but since the parking lot next to the building is reserved for residents, a convenient alternative is the paid parking garage at Via Andrea Costa 23, which is open 24 hours a day.
