The apartment is laid out as follows:

- The building does NOT have an elevator: so you will need to use the stairs.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Milan Climate Zone E: 14 hours per day from October 15 to April 15.



The following surcharge applies for check-in after the scheduled time:

The property is located in the heart of Porta Venezia, one of Milan’s most central and lively neighborhoods, in a strategic location between the Central Station and Piazza della Repubblica. Set in a dynamic area with excellent public transportation, the neighborhood is a hub for the city’s cultural and cosmopolitan life.

The surrounding area is home to major cultural attractions such as the Indro Montanelli Gardens, the Natural History Museum, the Hoepli Planetarium, and the PAC—Padiglione d’Arte Contemporanea. Just a short walk away are also the Elfo Puccini Theater and splendid examples of Art Nouveau architecture, including Casa Galimberti and Villa Invernizzi, famous for its pink flamingos.

The M3 Repubblica and M1 Porta Venezia metro stations are just a few minutes’ walk away and offer quick and convenient connections to the city’s main attractions and liveliest neighborhoods.



The accommodations are about a 15-minute walk from Milan Central Station; alternatively, you can take the M3 to Repubblica and continue on foot for 4 minutes.



From Milan Linate Airport, you can reach the apartment in about 45 minutes, first taking bus line 973 to Piazza 5 Giornate and then continuing on tram No. 9 to Repubblica M3, a 2-minute walk away.



FromMilan Malpensa Airport, you’ll need to get to the Central Station using one of the shuttle services available at the airport and then continue as described above.



If you are traveling by car, parking is not included: you can park (for a fee) in the vicinity of the property.
