Great Apartment and Location lacked cleaning

We arrived on a Wednesday.Tried to communicate with the host from that day indicating severely dirty blankets and patio furniture. We also could not access the pantry so we thought the cookware is missing. It was not opening from the heat/pressure. We had zero response back from Wed4pm until Friday night at about 8pm someone arrived. At that point we only had 2 days left and somehow he managed to open the pantry door. The walls have severe scuff marks and closet had a huge hole. The location and apartment is absolutely lovely. But having dirty blankets and no communication from host for 3days was not okay.
