Bright and spacious studio apartment with high-speed internet, recently renovated. Perfect for couples and/or long-term stays

It’s located just a 5-minute walk from the Dergano metro station (Line 3), which takes you to the Duomo and downtown in just under 12 minutes and to Central Station in just 6 minutes. The area is also served by numerous bus lines and a bike-sharing station in Piazza Dergano

The neighborhood features several restaurants, many bars, and a supermarket right around the corner
The space
Located on the 3rd floor (with an elevator) of a large residential complex, it is an open-concept space with a spacious balcony overlooking the building’s courtyard—a feature that makes it particularly peaceful and quiet.

Together with my architects, we designed a space that is stylish yet warm and inviting, equipped with everything needed for both short- and long-term stays, while remaining highly functional and organized down to the smallest detail.

The apartment’s amenities include:

For entertainment:
- ultra-fast WiFi internet up to 1000 mbps
- 32" smart TV (streaming app accounts not included)
- Bluetooth speaker (built into the smart TV)

In the kitchen:
- plenty of pots and pans and a 2-burner induction cooktop
- Nespresso coffee machine
- microwave

For a comfortable stay:
- self-check-in and check-out via a phone app (very simple)
- air conditioning
- central heating with radiators
- spacious shower stall
- washer-dryer and drying rack
- plenty of space for luggage and clothes
- hair dryer
- handheld vacuum cleaner
- iron and ironing board
Guest access
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home.
Other Things to Keep in Mind
For each guest, we provide a set of towels consisting of:
- 1 large bath towel 140x70 cm
- 1 small hand towel, 30x50 cm
For stays longer than one week, we provide 2 sets of towels for each guest, as well as an additional set of sheets

In the apartment, you’ll find:
- a blanket
- a winter comforter
If you don’t see them lying around, check the storage container under the bed. The blanket and winter comforter may not be available in the apartment during the summer (when temperatures exceed 27°C)

Air conditioning is available only during the summer when temperatures exceed 27°C. Please use the air conditioning moderately and in an environmentally friendly manner, avoiding setting temperatures below 26°C and turning off the air conditioner when you are not in the apartment, also to prevent automatic power shutoffs

During the winter, heating is controlled by the building’s central heating system and operates in accordance with local and national laws (days of operation, operating hours, maximum permitted temperature)
