Two air conditioners (one per room) for Milan’s hot summers, ultra-fast fiber internet for those who never stop working, and self-check-in with smartphone access—because your time is your own, from arrival to departure. The concierge takes care of the rest.

Just 200 meters from the front door lies the Parco delle Favole: a real green, open space—a rarity in this city—right at your doorstep. Perfect for a morning walk, a run, or simply to unwind.

Check-in: from 3:00 PM — self-service with a code and key box; you’ll receive instructions via message before arrival
Check-out: by 10:00 AM — leave the keys where you picked them up (key box)
Guests: The maximum number is as indicated in the reservation. Unregistered additional guests are not permitted
Parties and noise: No parties or events. Quiet hours after 10:00 PM on weekdays, after 11:00 PM on weekends—the building has a concierge and considerate neighbors
Smoking: prohibited inside the apartment. Smoking is permitted only on the balcony
Pets: not allowed
Cleaning: The apartment must be left tidy: dishes washed, trash sorted into the appropriate bins
Problems, complaints, or damage: Any damage must be reported immediately so we can address it as best as possible.
