The bathroom is spacious, has a window, and features a large shower. A washing machine is available in a laundry room shared with the adjacent apartment.

The open kitchenette, located in the living area, is equipped with a gas stove, a small oven, a large refrigerator, and a Nespresso machine. The living area is furnished with a comfortable two-person sofa and a small dining table. This area is equipped with air conditioning.
