Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which heating is allowed and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Milan Climate Zone E: 14 hours per day from October 15 to April 15.

The apartment is a 600-meter walk from San Raffaele Hospital and 1 km from the Cascina Gobba MM2 metro station, which can be reached on foot or by bus.

From Cascina Gobba, you can reach Milan Central Station by metro in 15 minutes.

The apartment is also adjacent to Exit 10 of Milan’s eastern highway loop (Tangenziale EST).



Bus stop for the 925, which goes to Cascina Gobba, where you can take the green MM2 metro line to Milano Centrale and Milano Garibaldi.
