The apartment consists of a single open space divided into a sleeping area with a double sofa bed and a living area with a kitchenette featuring a gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, conventional oven, and microwave.

Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

ESummer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating hours depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.
