45sqm one-bedroom apartment located in a very quiet setting, overlooking the internal courtyard. Very close to the M1 and M2 subway in Piazzale Loreto and to the university center of Città Studi, the accommodation is perfect for stays in business or tourist cities. The area is full of restaurants, bars, shops and bars for an aperitif.
Paid parking on blue stripes on weekdays from 8 to 19.
The apartment is located on the first floor of a building WITHOUT elevator and has an entrance with kitchen with gas hob, fridge, freezer, traditional oven and microwave. Small adjoining balcony.
A corridor leads to the bedroom, equipped with a double bed and a double sofa bed.
The bathroom has a step and has a toilet, bidet and bathtub.
Additional services available to guests: washing machine, small TV, iron and ironing board, central heating, fans.
PLEASE NOTE: - All guests' identity documents must be shown on arrival as required by Italian law. - For check-ins after the scheduled times, the following supplements are required: * after 9.30 pm and up to 11 pm a supplement of 25 Euro is required * after 11 pm and until midnight a supplement of 30 Euro * is required midnight and until 1 a supplement of 40 Euro is required. We are unable to check in after 1.30.

The apartment was not as it appeared in the photos. There was an odor in the apartment and it was sub standard. We were supposed to be there for 4 nights but had to leave the next morning. When I brought these issues up and requested a refund I was unable to get anything. I was willing to pay for the one night.

This is run not by a local but a company that calls themselves CleanBnB. While the photos look like it was clean and nice it’s not. Not one of the windows was openable. The locking mechanisms were old and broken. You went up a narrow staircase to get into the apartment (after going in and out of another building) and without openable windows it’s a fire trap! No way to get out. There was no coffee maker…only old small metal ones you used on the gas stove, but no hot pads or kitchen towels were provided making it easy to burn your hands. An old used sponge was all you had to clean the dishes with and the dishes were very sparse. One of the chairs at the table about collapsed on me as I sat. When looking at it the chair was broken with screws sticking out. Thankfully I wasn’t injured. The dresser drawers were stuck closed. One of the wardrobes had no handles only screws sticking out. The small bathtub didn’t look clean while its faucet leaked. When taking a shower water would go all over the old wooden window which was rotting and the paint peeling. By the end of our stay there were more than 12 bugs flying around the bathroom. Zoom photo to see bugs. They stayed in there due to the water source. There was a washing machine which worked, but no dryer. There was no accommodation for dropping off our luggage early….well after the prior check out time….so we had to pay to store our luggage. Not showing up for our check in they sent a video for us to do it ourselves.

Ce séjour a été annulé. Et je reçois ce questionnaire.D'ailleurs d'Abritel ou de Cleanbnb ? Difficile de s'y retrouver ! Qui était mon interlocuteur ? J'ai tenté plusieurs contacts sans succès... Très déçue...

No tuve agua caliente los días que estuve, lo reporte y nadie acudió a resolverlo, en vez de eso, me dijeron que yo fuera a la caja eléctrica del edificio y lo resolviera!! Obviamente no lo hice por qué no es mi obligación y además es un riesgo para mí y para el edificio. El edificio demasiado ruidoso; la entrada del departamento justo enfrente de los botes de basura de todo el edificio. La propiedad descuidada y sucia; seña de humedad por todo el cuarto y moho negro en el baño. Muy caluroso, con un ventilador que apenas funciona, no TV y el wifi apenas y sirve para chatear. La zona no es la mejor, pero el metro Loreto está cerca así como uno que otro restaurant de cadena. Busquen otra propiedad.

Adorable apartment in an excellent location

So many supurb spots to eat in such a short distance of the property. Close to the train station. Apartment is in a quiet and beautiful courtyard and on a street without traffic so its inner city quiet and peaceful and has an adorable little balcony and a laundry washing machine. Our hosts were sweet and informative. The floors were adorable and i would stay here again!

Better than I imagine

I was concerned that it would be really far from the city but actually it was really accesible by train. There is even an outside semi park area we’re I waited for check in since I was early. Other than the WiFi machine not working during my stay it was perfect. Has plenty of amenities, and the host was fast responding and helped as much as possible
