"Clean room and good location"

"This property was as it appeared online. It was difficult to find the front door, but once we discovered where it was, it was easy afterwards."

"Rebecca was in contact since my arrival and gave me support when I needed it."

"Habitación muy buena, limpia y muy bien situada, personal amable y muy comunicativo, volveré si vuelvo a Milan"

"The hotel is well located with short walls to the Duomo and shopping areas. The location is secure though there are no staff available at night. The entry procedure was explained well and we had no trouble accessing our room. Minor concern is that a street trolley regularly traverses the Piazza and is quite audible even up on the seventh floor. The hotel does provide ear plugs which is a nice touch. Bathroom was clean and well appointed"
