Quisiera agradecer a Jorge la acogida que nos dio, y sobre el apartamento decir que estaba todo perfecto no faltaba de nada y las vistas desde los balcones son increíbles

Un break dans un magnifique endroit

On ne se lasse pas de la vue de la terrasse. Appartement bien équipé. On s'y sent tout de suite chez soi. Calme et paisible. Juché sur une colline qui domine les lieux. Nous avons passé un bon moment.

Troisieme annee ou je passe un long sejour a cette endroit et comme toujours, tres satisfait.

Propriété de qualité supérieur, un propriétaire disponible et a l'écoute des clients. Emplacement en montagne très agréable avec les services a peu de distance. Magnifique vue sur le paysage et la mer.

Capo d’anno a Calanova

Siamo stati benissimo, l’appartamento è accogliente e con una vista bellissima sul mare e sul campo di Calanova. Molto apprezzata la griglia in terrazzo sia per l’inverno che per l’estate!

Mijas - Penthouse Duplex Meerblick

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm, das Penthouse umfasste den angegebenen Komfort. Übernahme und Checkout waren total unkompliziert, die Vermieter waren sehr hilfsbereit und reagierten schnell auf unsere Anfragen. Besonders positiv fanden wir, dass die meist unmittelbar notwendige Beschaffung von Gewürzen, Balsamico, Öl, Nespressokapseln und Wasser etc. nicht erforderlich war. Der Tiefgaragenplatz war mit dem Lift aus unserer Etage direkt erreichbar, die gesamte Anlage verfügte über eine Zugangskontrolle. Leider waren während unseres Aufenthalts deutliche Erdbewegungsarbeiten im Golfplatzareal zu hörbar, verbreitete Bauaktivität ist auch im gesamten Ortsbereich sichtbar.

Superb apartment with a magnificent view.

We spent a wonderful week in this large and very well equipped apartment located on the heights of Mijas enjoying a superb view of the golf courses, sea and Mijas Pueblo. We loved the experience and will probably come back. A big thank you to the owner for his kindness and his communication.

Family Stay in August

Really peaceful and comfortable complex. Fabulous outdoor pools that were never busy, plenty of sunbeds available, 2 really nice outdoor hot tubs. Overall and excellent apartment and excellent value for money. Car is definitely required and recommeded for the location. Very easy to commute around the area and surrounding areas and excellent location in relation to exploring other areas in Costa Del Sol such as Marbella, Fuengirola, Benalmadena and Malaga, everywhere within 30 mins drive. Jorge was very friendly and accommodating and understanding and pleasant even when we delayed in arriving. Overall I would highly recommend.

Great stay at Calanova hill club!

When we walked into the property we were delighted. It’s even better than the pictures! View is stunning with the glass you get an uninterrupted panoramic view of mijas! Outdoor furniture has been updated and very modern, couldn’t fault anything and would definitely recommend to anyone. Jorge was most helpful and responded to any questions immediately, thank you!

Fremragende udsigt

Vi havde et super ophold i denne lejlighed, som er rummelig og velindrettet. Helt fremragende er dog udsigten fra den meget store terrasse. Fællesfaciliteterne er super gode, herunder et rigtigt godt fitness center. Adgangen hertil starter kl. 10 om formiddagen. I den perfekte verden ville adgang fra kl. 8 være bedre. Alt i alt et fantastisk ophold.

superbe penthouse avec vue magnifique au calme mais près de tout !

petit séjour amoureux pour nos 60 ans fin mai -début juin 2019 dans ce très agréable duplex-penthouse 2 ch au 2ème et dernier étage d'd un complexe de standing avec mais pas snob, en hauteur et en retrait des grosses urbanisations massives plus proches de la côte. Parking intérieur à l'abri des grosses chaleurs . Accès sécurisé avec gardien à l'entrée . 2 piscines communes propres et calmes . A 10 minutes de Cala de Mijas, Fuengirola et autres stations sympas et à max 1/2 h de Marbella, Malaga, Estepona . Au début, un peu difficile à trouver mais avec un bon GPS et l'aide du propriétaire par WhatsApp ça va et on apprend ensuite à profiter de l'AP 7 route à péage plus facile que l'A7. Immense terrasse avec vue vraiment magnifique. Equipement complet . Propriétaire habitant à quelques kilomètres sympa, cool, discret mais disponible . Bref, on y reviendra avec plaisir !

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Zeit in Mijas verbracht. Vom Apartment hat man einen traumhaften Blick über den Golfplatz bis zur Küste. Jorge, der Vermieter, kümmert sich sofort um alle Belange. Nochmals vielen Dank!

Beautiful Location ans Fantastic View

My wife and I had a lovely 4 week stay in spacious and comfortable surroundings . We were met by Jorge the owner ,who was waiting for us when we arrived ,and then he showed us around the apartment .The location was ideal for visiting the surrounding hill villages ,and the main towns of Malaga and Marbella . The view from the balcony over Calanova Golf Course was superb as was the location for playing several local courses .We would recommend the apartment to any future guests. We stayed from mid October to mid November.

Ein schönes Penthouse mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht

Das Penthouse ist gut ausgestattet und hat eine angenehme Größe. Die Terrasse ist sehr groß und hat eine fantastische Aussicht auf Meer und Berge. Man muss zwar ein wenig fahren um einzukaufen bzw. nach Marbella etc. zu kommen, dafür wird man aber durch viel Ruhe belohnt. Die Pools sind ausreichend groß und sehr sauber. Ein Manko: man muss die ganze Anlage verlassen, um den Müll loszuwerden. Alles in allem eine tolle Location! F.R.

Fantastic apartment on a great complex

A bright modern and very well equipped apartment, with stunning views. The owner Jorge was there to great us and was a great host and happy to answer all our questions. Great high speed WiFi and international tv stations, not that we watched much tv. The apartment also had underground parking which was great. The complex was secure and well maintained, the pools were lovely. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit super Ausblick und Terrasse

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Genau das Richtig zum Entspannen und auch toll für den ein oder anderen Grillabend. Gute Küchenausstattung. Der Pool ist selten voll belegt und lädt zum Erfrischen ein. Im Ort Calla de Mijas findet man genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und einen schönen Hausstrand. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Great apartment with spectacular views.

Set about 10 mins drive from nearest shops and restaurants, the penthouse apartment is comfortable and well equipped. The view over Mijas and Calanova Golf Club to the sea are superb and worth the visit alone. Jorge was helpful and welcoming. We had a very relaxing quiet holiday, filled with great Rioja and high quality restaurants.

Stunning views ...its true !

We were lucky to stay at this apartment for 1 month.The apartment itself was well appointented with the best views we have ever encountered on any holiday. Peaceful and quiet , as promised by Jorge. We felt safe and secure as this is a gated community with a 12 hour manned barrier into the complex.As advised we did need a car for daily use down into the seaside charming town of Mijas, no bars or shops within walking distance only the Golf club opposite the property.But you are advised of this in the description.Beautiful apartment over 2 floors and very comfortable.Being so high up it is a little windy .The apartment is spotlessly clean , so we tried our best to leave it this way and respect the owner.Always , for us , a big responsibility, as we own a rental property ourselves.We had a little problem in locking the large patio door , but Gorge was at hand to fix it straight away, always keeping in touch should you need Him........If we had any niggles , it would be that one of the neighbours in the apartment below had a noisy barking dog , not the fault of our owners , but it did disturb us at times..... Would we stay at this property again ?...Yes definitely!! Thank you Jorge.
