Luxury Villa Rosmarin voit nauttia aurinkoisesta ja rauhallinen koti loma. Oma uima-allas, jossa on mukavat solariumit alue sijaitsee suuri piha, jossa kauniita kukkia ja palmuja.

Villa Rosmarin on kolme upea kerrosta.

Pohjakerroksessa löydät skandinaavinen sauna, wc, makuuhuone 130 cm vuode ja oleskelutila, jossa kolme henkilöä vuodesohva ja bisnesnurkkaus.

Keskikerroksessa löydät pääruoka sali, wc, täydellinen laitteiden moderni keittiö. Myös erillinen kodinhoitohuone, joka on varustettu automaattisella pesukone ja kuivausrumpu. Ruokailutila ja tilaa täysin lounge television ja Stereot, sohvat ja takka. On pääruoka suuri katettu terassi ruokapöytä kahdeksan henkilöä ja BBQ.

Ylimmässä kerroksessa on kolme tyylikäs makuuhuonetta. Kahdessa makuuhuoneessa kaksi sänkyä sekä 90cm leveä. Nämä huoneet jakavat kylpyhuone kylpyamme ja pysyvän suihku. Sviitti on kaksi erillistä sänkyä sekä 90cm ja kylpyhuone kylpyamme ja seisova suihku. Kaikki kolme huoneissa on lattiasta kattoon liukuikkunat mahdollistaa pääsyn suuri ulkona terassilla upeat panoraamanäkymät. Suite on varustettu myös oma terassi.

Lattialämmitys keskuslämmitys ja jäähdytyksen samoin. Paras näköala alueella vuoret, meri- ja golfkenttä. Yhteensä yksityisyys on 800m2 tontti 300m2 rakennettu ilman avoterassi. Vapaa pysäköintialue kadun puolella.

Wonderful hosts

Villa Rosmarin is a lovely property in a quiet road on the Mijas Golf urbanization. We have rented many villas around Mijas Golf over the years but for overall experience this was by far our favourite. The property is very well maintained and has recently had a brand new air conditioning system installed which was very welcome on the days where the temperature hit 40deg C! We had a wonderful holiday and were sad to leave at the end of our stay! What made it really special though were our wonderful hosts, who supplied everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and stress free. Whenever we had any questions they responded very quickly and were absolutely determined to make sure we had the best experience possible. Thank you so much Tiina!

Mijas Golf July 2022

Lovely villa excellent facilities, owner extremely friendly and helpful when needed. Checking in and out process made easy. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely revisit. Kids loved the pool and garden it made the holiday. Would recommend a hire car to get around and explore the fab beaches and restaurants.

Summer in Mijas

Great location in the hills surrounding Fuengirola. The property had all the amenities that you would expect in a luxury rental in Europe. The air conditioning is a very heavy system that has a long response time to get the air flowing cold especially in the summer heat. The host was responsive when asked about the concerns with the air conditioning unit but having a walk thru guide in the welcome book would help to alleviate unnecessary stress on the guests. The pool was very refreshing but lacked outdoor seating and a shaded area that gave relief from the hot sun. Definitely rent a car for this location as it is necessary to visit all the surrounding locations in this area.

Beautiful Villa, we loved our time in Mijas!

The villa is beautiful, bigger and better than we expected! It had everything we needed, including toys for our little girl. The owner was so helpful and informative. The location was perfect for my husband who enjoyed a round of golf or two. We would definitely go back, thanks for a lovely 5 days!

Absolutely lovely with a perfect view and great facilities

I organised my best friend's hen do at the end of June 2017. There were 9 girls altogether and I can't explain how happy and excited we all were to see the villa. The photos on the website are amazing but the villa in person is spectacular. It's in the golfing area and the views are absolutely gorgeous. The view from the villa wasn't actually of a golf course, but if the surrounding mountains, and you don't have to be a golf fan to stay here or enjoy the view. The villa was clean and tidy and had all the facailities we needed to stay there, including cutlery and plates etc. The villa had a good size outdoor pool and sauna in the basement. There was plenty of space to accommodate all 9 of us including beds and bathrooms. Everything worked perfectly. We were greeted by the property manager as soon as we got there and I was able to contact and keep in touch directly with the owner, from when I made the booking until even after I checked out. I had prompt responses every time and she was extremely helpful. She even let us check out late as there were no other bookings after us. The owner made special arrangements for the hen on my request and made us all feel special and welcome. The villa is in between Malaga and Marbella. It's about a 40-45 mins drive to and from Marbella, so you will have to call for a taxi, but they were very quick to respond. It's been a few weeks since we left the villa and my friends are still raving about how nice the villa was. I would definitely return to Spain and stay at this villa again. It was so affordable and completely exceeded our expectations. Thank you Tiina.

Superb brand new house

We (2 adult couples) had the great pleasure to be the very first guests in this lovely brand new house at Mijas Golf. Everything were over our expectations, The house; the exterieur/interieur equipment, the Pool and the Garden - everything was very nice and tip/top. We have rented several similar houses during time, but this is definetely the house which is best described to facts - and without any points, which did not live up to the expectations. The house is placed in a quiet corner of the Urbanization, with a great view to the Sea, Fuengirola and the Mountains. We had a super stay - and would like to come back.
