This 125 m2 apartment consists of 2 spacious and bright bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom with 2 single adjustable beds put together as double bed, and the other bedroom with 2 single beds as double bed. In both bedrooms there are spacious and bright “en-suite” bathrooms with bathtub and shower. The master bedroom has direct access to a 15 m2 south east facing terrace with lots of sun and panoramic views over the Mediterranean Sea, green areas and mountains. A spacious bright living/dining room, a fully equipped open kitchen with all appliances, a laundry room, a guest toilet and a 25 m2 spacious south west facing terrace with fantastic views over the pool area, garden and golf course. From the living/dining room there is direct access to this terrace.

The apartment is situated in a beautiful very well-maintained gated urbanization offering 2 large pools, one of them heated and with sun lounges and a beautiful matured garden with tropical trees and flowers.

Miraflores
Miraflores is an urbanization with fantastic gardens, located within a few minutes distance to the beach and all amenities such as restaurants, bars, supermarkets, gym complex and golf.

The area offers everything you need for a perfect family holiday, centrally located on the Costa del Sol and close to the beach. You never get bored in this beautiful area as there are many facilities to enjoy such as pools, golf, tennis, horse riding, gym and much more.

At the beach you can enjoy most water sports and fun including scuba diving, sailing, wind surfing, and jet skiing.

The urbanisation of Miraflores offers a good selection of bars and restaurants, mostly international.

About 2 km from the apartment there is the Miraflores Tennis and Padel center (free booking/you don't have to be a member/very reasonable price level).

The closest beach (Playa El Bombo) is so nice, beautiful and with lots of easy parking . Sunbeds / umbrellas are at very reasonable rental prices, and it costs 1 euro to park. There are other great beaches nearby.

Attractions near the accommodation are countless and suitable for any taste. From Fuengirola to the fashionable district of Puerto Banús, you can find a Aqua park, Safari park, Zoo, museums, shopping malls with high end shops, not to mention the many attractions and night clubs, discos and much more for an exciting nightlife.
