The Cardboard Factory - MIGNE AUXANCES

Located on the outskirts of Poitiers, La Cartonnerie (a former factory) is a single-story home situated along the banks of the Auxance River. The house features a kitchen that opens partially onto the living room, one bedroom (1 bed 160×200 and 1 bed 90), a bedroom (1 160×200 bed) with its own private shower room, a third bedroom (4 90 beds), a bathroom with a shower, a laundry room, and two toilets. The living room opens onto a beautiful terrace facing the park, which is furnished with outdoor seating. Poitiers, a “City of Art and History,” is 8 km away. Bed linens and towels are available for rent. A fishing license is required for fishing. During hot weather, we provide fans, and you can access the river to cool off. The park is also a great place to relax in the shade of the trees.
