Very welcoming and responsive host. Smooth check-in and the information and images provided in the listing accurately describe the home. Great backyard area for outdoor relaxation and plenty of on-property parking for a party of 12 (3 cars but could have fit a 4th). Excellent climate control within the home, central heat and individual A/C units in the living spaces. Would book again for a large group!

Holiday Vacay

Pictures on VRBO do not do this property justice! Initially, I intended on using my reward points to stay at a resort, but everything was booked almost 6 months out being that we were traveling during Christmas and new years week. With a family of 6 from Hawaii, and a surprise drop in by my mother and siblings, we had more than enough room to spare with all the amenities and perks of vacationing in a “Home Away From Home”. Thomas has been very communicative, accommodating and available throughout our entire stay from pre-arrival to departure. Just to name a few perks, the commute was quick and easy to Disneyland and Universal Studios. The property comes with towels, linen, dedicated washer/dryer, full kitchen, parking, and a very lofty backyard. The best part for me, was that Starbucks, gas station, and mini marts are all within walking distance. The neighbors are super friendly as well. My family loved it and anticipated when we make the trip again in the future.

Great Getaway!

Nice Quiet Convenient close to everything

The home is very accomodating and has a nice set up. We had a large group of 6 adults and 6 children and it was perfect for us all. It was nice and clean and Thomas was great to supply all that we needed to be comfortable. We were close to Disney and Hunington Beach. Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Would totally stay again.

Cousin Family Trip

This house was perfect for our family’s cousin Cali trip. There was plenty of room for all to sleep with plenty of extra pillows, sheets and blankets. It was a quick drive to the beach and Knott’s Berry Farm. I nice big kitchen and big table for us to play games and eat snacks in the evenings. The owner was great with communication. It was a fantastic experience!
