The Greenhouse – In the Heart of Midlothian - King Bed

The Greenhouse is a whimsical refuge located in the very heart of Old Midlothian Village with its old churches and historic houses and is within easy walking distance of many shopping areas. You will love staying in our nature inspired home with its resort inspired furnishings; green, leafy décor, fully equipped kitchen, large bathrooms, stocked laundry room, and large yard with gas grill, picnic table and fire pit.

The Greenhouse has everything you will need for an incredible experience and is the perfect landing pad for families or couples while visiting RVA. With nearly 1,500 sq/ft of living space, the Greenhouse features 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 full baths, a large dining room and a cozy (but large) living room where you can cuddle up and enjoy your favorite shows.

In case you feel like dining in while you are here, the full featured and well-stocked kitchen has full-sized stainless-steel appliances, including a refrigerator with an ice maker, electric stove, microwave, and dishwasher.

The beds are plush and set up for your comfort. Pillow top mattresses, deluxe pillows and the fresh linens will make you feel like you’re sleeping on a cloud. The bathrooms and laundry room are fully stocked so you can pack a little lighter.

Guests have access to the entirety of the property with the exception of a hospitality closet.

The Greenhouse is located just blocks from Midlothian Turnpike and minutes from Route 288 allowing for hassle free access from both I95 and I64.

The quiet but convenient cul-du-sac location is just minutes to 5 grocery stores (including Trader Joe's), Target, Walmart, Sam’s Club, Costco and literally dozens of local and national retail shops and eateries. Brick House Diner and Jo-Jo’s Pizza South are local favs. Chesterfield Towne Center and Westchester Commons Shopping Center are both less than a 10-minute drive. Winterfield Crossing, with its mix of popular restaurants, local and national retailers, fitness studios, local brewery, and professional offices is an easy and safe 5-minute walk. The recently opened Gather Midlothian office space and co-working is easily walkable from our front door. If you are in town for a sporting event, the River City Sportsplex is only 14 minutes away.

The Greenhouse is ideally located for traveling medical professionals being just 10 minutes from St. Francis Hospital, 12 minutes to Johnston Willis, 20 minutes to Chippenham Hospital, and 25 minutes from downtown Richmond & VCU. Discounts are available for extended stays for all healthcare professionals.

~Fully equipped kitchen with Keurig coffee station (complimentary coffee and tea, creamer, sugar, and Splenda), counter appliances (airfryer, crockpot, blender, electric tea kettle, toaster), cookware, bakeware, glasses, cups, wine glasses, utensils, kitchen knives, pots, pans, measuring cups/spoons, mixing bowls, cutting boards, spice rack, are all there.
~Dining room has a large dining table, 6 chairs and is open to the living room. Living room has two full size comfortable sofas, ratan coffee and side tables. A desk is provided in this space in the event you need to work while visiting.

~2nd Bedroom with queen bed, pillow top mattress, deluxe pillows, large closet with luggage rack, 50” TV

~Two full bathrooms with luxury bath towels, makeup towels, blow dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided

~Board/Card games, coloring books and crayons, as well as various reading materials are stocked for your enjoyment
~All TVs are smart TVs with Roku Express installed for your favorite streaming services, Wi-fi is fast and reliable.

~100% of the cleaning fee goes directly to the professional cleaning team

EARLY CHECK-IN: Due to our high number of turnovers, we cannot accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Please read and understand the cancellation policy prior to booking. This policy is firm, and we will be upheld in the event of a cancellation. We recommend purchasing travel insurance if you have concerns that you may need to cancel your reservation for any reason.

-Please ensure that HVAC is returned to 69 degrees during winter season and 74 degrees during summer season.

-Any and all acts by guest(s) and/or its invitees, that result in damages to the property or its contents, whether such act was intentional or the result of negligence will allow the host and/or owner to deduct from the security deposit any and all cost incurred or to be incurred in returning the property or its contents to its original state and/or replace the item(s) as needed. Owner is not responsible for articles left in the premises. Guest(s) shall leave the property in neat and undamaged condition.

Enjoyed Our Stay
We stayed at The Greenhouse for two weeks, and can say it's a lovely place to stay. The location is great, being close to several major retail places. The home is clean and beds are comfortable. Having a full kitchen and laundry room was a bonus. Would definitely revisit!

Great Midlothian rental
Overall, the stay was great! The house was in a safe neighborhood, close to my brother's house. The layout of the house offered the perfect amount of space for everyone. We had an issue with the kitchen faucet not flowing with enough pressure, but the response was quick from the manager. We will definitely rent again next time we are in town visiting.

Thank you. Your accommodations were perfect for our 12 day stay while visiting family. The home was very clean, very well stocked, and had plenty of fresh towels. It was the perfect size and very convenient with grocery stores and restaurants nearby. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We would love to rent this home again in the future!

Lots of close by amenities and quiet neighborhood
Stayed here while visiting family. Nice quiet neighborhood with nice restaurants and stores nearby. Was a good place for our family to stay including our toddler. All rooms have darkening shades that are helpful.
