Private Home nestled right off Andrews Hwy centrally located to the sports complexes downtown dining and shopping. Everything you need to relax is provided for you from the fully equipped kitchen ample dining and siting areas and outdoor patio. Feel free to utilize the street parking. Every bedroom has a smart television to utilize the 1 gig internet. The master has an ensuite bathroom ant the two back bedrooms has a bathroom in the hallway to share. Thank you for Booking with Right at Home if this property does not fit your needs feel free to look at the other 19 properties available, Please be aware that this property does not have a hot tub on my initial listing. I copied one of my properties that does and I have not been able to have it removed from the listing, but it is not available at this house.

Home was very clean and welcoming. Neighborhood was quiet, and our stay was relaxing and undisturbed. Completely recommend this home!

We were in Midland for a funeral, and needed a place that would accommodate our dog. This place worked out well for that, a quiet neighborhood with nice sidewalks to walk, a quiet patio for him to be when we were at services, and close to Golf Course Road church.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!

My family was booked to stay at this VRBO for 4 nights during Thanksgiving. When we arrived, the home was clearly not ready for new guests and was filthy. The refrigerator, dining room table, bedroom ceiling fans, kitchen cabinets and floors were disgusting. There was no gas, which means no heater or hot water. It was so unacceptable that we couldn't even stay there for one night!!! WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY!!

Relaxing Stay

Had a great stay at this property. Location was good - near fat food restaurants and grocery stores as well as major roads to get to our destinations. Check in was easy and so was check out. Communication with Host was easy! All of this made our quick business trip go well.

Great property!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It is nestled in a quiet neighborhood in Midland. The property was clean and well maintained. The property manager was very communicative. He even suggested restaurants that were good as we traveled. If we are ever back in Midland again, we will book this property.

Horrible Host and Disgusting property

We were offered this property after attempting to stay at another property owned by the same host. The first property was completely filthy with hair, grass, stickers, popcorn in the multiple bedrooms sheets. The floor was disgusting. Upon arrival to this house I immediately checked the bedding and sheets. There was tons of long black hair all over the bedding and the sheets were converted in human hair and clearly soiled. I contacted the host and was told that I would definitely not be getting any money back and that this was "my problem". The house was clean and that I would need to "manually pick hair off the sheets". I was told this was normal after washing sheets. Despite videos of the soiled linens I received a hostile phone conversation and a refusal to return my money. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY OR ANY OTHERS OWNED BY THIS HOST FOR ANY REASON. Zero star review from me. TOTAL JERK and an indecent human being. For the record I was offered for him to go get new sheets for each bed from Sam's. I declined this offer after he was not apologetic in the least and failed to recognize how disgusting sleeping on someone else's hair was.

Excellent Host

Communication was great, responsive to needs and extremely helpful as we used the house to help us while we were moving to the city. Definitely recommend using this host.
