Overall we had a nice experience. Home is centrally located, close to downtown and beaches. Beautiful backyard and pool area. Quiet neighborhood. Much nicer than staying in a hotel. You’ll need to bring your own blow dryer and ask for directions on how to use the TV. We had a great couple days in Newport and Middletown.

The house was clean, roomy, and as pictured. What surprised us was the pool & fire pit are in the neighbors yard. We had easy access to it but didn’t realize we’d be sharing it with the owners family and dogs.
