THE SPACE

The open-concept interior allows the living room, dining area, and chef's kitchen to flow elegantly while offering privacy. The brand-new kitchen, featuring stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, is fully stocked with everything needed for entertaining or preparing a family feast.

A sliding glass door opens to the inviting patio, fully equipped with outdoor heaters and a cozy fire pit, perfect for seamless indoor/outdoor year-round enjoyment.

The five elegantly designed bedrooms cater to varying needs, ensuring comfort for everyone. The top-floor suite includes a flat-screen TV, cozy sitting area, private bathroom, and its own kitchen.

All five bathrooms are immaculate and stocked with the highest quality toiletries. The primary bathroom features a soaking tub for relaxation and radiant floor heating for extra warmth during colder months.

Ready for work or play, an executive desk suite provides a quiet and comfortable space for productivity, while entertainment is at your fingertips throughout the home. All bedrooms feature 4K TVs with full cable access, and Sonos speakers provide a rich sound experience in common areas.

The basement also boasts a ping-pong table and state-of-the-art home theater, perfect for family movie nights or watching the big game in style!

GUEST ACCESS

Guests will have uninterrupted access to the entire property. Some storage areas that contain the owners belongings have been locked. The guests will be able to enjoy the entire outdoor lot, massive front lawn, backyard pool, & every room in the house from the pool house out back all the way up to the top floor penthouse.

Do not leave children unattended in or around the pool area. Use the utmost caution when enjoying the pool area as wet ground may become slippery. No diving in the pool please.

Please Note:

- Quiet time in Middletown starts at 10pm
- Separate recycling. Bag food waste and other trash in the yellow bags only.
- Turn off outdoor heaters, grills and other propane operated devices when done and put pool toys back. Guests are responsible for filling propane tanks if they run out during their stay.
- Lower outdoor umbrellas after use or the wind will blow them away.
- Open the pergola louvers when not in use and close the sun setter using the remote.
- Do not remove the iPad that controls the Sonos sound system from the house. A $1000 fee will be charged if the iPad is missing or broken. Please notify us if the iPad breaks while you are visiting or if it is damaged upon your arrival.
-Children ages 11 & under do not have to be listed as adult guests, but we do require that you let us know how many kids will be with your group so we can account for them.
