This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Unique 5 cottage compound close to beach and within minutes to downtown Newport! Chic, Renovated, Oversized 4 bed 2 bath house is the main epicenter for your group's gathering! This is truly an entertainers dream! Oversized chef's kitchen that opens up to a sunlit dining room that seats 12-14 people, is just the start for this fabulous vacation rental! Spread out among the 3 levels with the loft living room overlooking the dining area and the first floor entrance housing the lounge pool table room. There is a king bedroom on both the first and second floor and there is also a queen size bedroom on both the first and second floor. You can have your own spaces while still enjoying the closeness of being together. All newly renovated, all new furnishings, surrounded by 4 cottages that operate as individual units, but sit on the same acre lot, for proximity. There is not much like this on Aquidneck Island. AC mini splits, laundry and wrap around second level deck with outdoor seating for 8 people and a fenced yard with a fire pit! Great for pets and kids!! The other 4 cottages comprise of a large, modern king sized one bedroom with spa like bathroom, a small charming queen size 1 bedroom, an oversized 2 bedroom 2 bathroom on one level with a king bedroom and a queen bedroom, and a smaller 2 bedroom 1 bathroom cottage with a queen bedroom and a full bedroom. All have AC, laundry, parking, outdoor areas with gas grills and seating, beach chairs and beach towels. This is all yours when you book the compound!

Posie Cottage: Delightful 2 bedroom (queen bed, full bed and twin trundle). sleeps 5 with air mattress sleep another 2. Laundry, AC mini splits, Outdoor patio with seating, Gas grill, Parking
Periwinkle Cottage: Charming and large 2 bedroom 2 bath with (king bed, plus a fold down sofa and queen bed room). With air mattress sleeps 6. AC mini splits, Laundry, Parking, Deck with outdoor seating, Gas grill, Parking
Peony Cottage: Sunlit 1 bedroom (queen) and with air mattress sleeps 4! So cute! AC window units, laundry, Fenced yard, Gas grill, parking

When renting the whole compound, you have access and privacy at Beach Hive 5! The house is designed to host and be party central, but the property can be set up to be communal if you would like. The compound is 1 acre, very close to the beaches and downtown Newport! This is a charming and unique property and is perfect for large gatherings or wedding accommodations. Set up croquet, volleyball, or corn hole! Have a BBQ! Have wine around the fire pit! All units have their own gas grill and outdoor areas. Please discuss plans with owner before booking. Right off of Indian Ave.....very exclusive, yet private and close to all Newport has to offer! So close to Third and Second beach!! You could ride bikes there. Walk to Pebble Beach which is right down the road and perfect to enjoy your morning coffee!
Parking at the compound is no problem and plenty of it!! We also offer a truck for rent through Turo that is a king cab and will have both the Middletown Beach sticker and the Newport residential parking beach sticker for an extra fee. (still getting this set up)
Too much to describe, but in a nutshell we designed this with gatherings in mind! the house is the focal point and has a chefs kitchen and spans 3 levels. While renovating we installed a SONAS speaker system in which you can play music on all 3 levels and on the second level deck! Brand new regulation sized pool table in the first level lounge area! Such a cool and unique space. The cottages are spread out on the property and are equally delightful! There is plenty of parking and the location is second to none! Let's discuss details!!
